75 Mastermind Celebration | Confident Storytelling Hub

The video records the 75th meeting of the Confident Storytelling Hub, hosted by Haritosh Srivastav. The session is an extensive award ceremony recognizing 36 members across multiple categories. The ceremony begins with a reminder of the 50th‑meeting award clip and emphasizes that awards celebrate growth, not titles. Categories include: Significant Achievement Outside the Community, Course Completion, Member Showcase, Contributor, Rising Star, Most Inspiring, and the Founder’s Award. Individual members share brief stories of their achievements – e.g., Anushka Mishra’s COVID‑vaccination drive during her gap year, Yash Kalra’s career transition after a decade, Rajesh Ahuja’s 60‑day confident speaker competition, Taiba Mahmood’s LinkedIn News India feature, and several others who completed courses, led storytelling sessions, or won internal contests. The community awards highlight contributors, rising stars, and inspiring personalities, with repeated applause and gratitude. The Founder’s Award is presented to Sanjay, praised for humility, consistent attendance, and proactive communication. Throughout, the host reinforces the community’s philosophy that success is a journey, encouraging action, confidence, and storytelling. The ceremony concludes with thanks to the Facebook group and a promise to continue celebrations.

So before we get started, and hello to everyone joining from Facebook group. Today is a very special day because we are celebrating our 75th meeting and we are celebrating some of our members. So we are now going to have a lot of award celebration. And, and before we go into award celebration, I wanted to to really share a snippet of the award ceremony last time. It's not a big one, but there was one important thing I said which I am very happy that we are going to actually realize that happened. So let me share that video first. This video is of the 50th meeting. So, and this all of you should take who are here and will probably be watching the recording. This award is, as already people pointed out, this is not about getting a title, getting a recognition, but it is all about the journey of growth. If Taiba has achieved something, Archel has achieved, Abu is a thing, Kedar is— I want all of you to achieve these things. I want, I want to have that. We are going to have 1 hour of award ceremony only because this is where the true potential of this community will be Achi. So you heard me, I said that my desire is to have a celebration of up to an hour, and I can tell you that sometimes whatever you wish for happens. So to give you a few statistics, last time when we met in March of, uh, 2023 for 50th meeting celebration, we shared 13 awards This time when we are meeting here for the 75th meeting, we are going to have 36 awards, which is approximately 3 times. That is why this might actually go on for an hour. There's so many awards, there are so many recognitions to be celebrated.
I—
and people who are in the room, I want you to clap for everyone because your name might also be there. So let's get started. We have a few categories that we are going to give awards or recognize. So awards are in the category of significant achievement outside the community. If you have completed a course within the community or any milestones, if you were a part of a member showcase and delivered an amazing session, if you are nominated as one of the most contributor or rising star or the most inspiring community member. And last, and my favorite, which I have the whole and sole authority, is the Founders Award. This is the second edition of the Founders Award. So let's get started with the first category, which is Significant Achievement Outside the Community. Now, as a community, we are not just limited to just being here and doing a few courses. We celebrate everyone, whether they are doing something, achieving within or outside the community. So our first person who did a great job and thankfully shared is Anushka Mishra. Congratulations, Anushka! Volunteered with an organization called CRY Child Rights and You Foundation and got 50+ people vaccinated and also helped them understand the digital procedure and creating. So congratulations, Anushka, you are doing absolutely amazing.
Thank you so much. Um, I'll tell you a little about, uh, what had happened. Yeah, so it was my gap year and I was extremely devastated by not getting selected for NEET. So, and then I thought I'll take a gap year and everything. So while I was in that gap year, I had no one to talk to. I was all alone and, and I was in, I was in this reflection time. What should I do? What should I do with my life? So the most simple answers to what we, what we get for life purpose is to help others. To contribute to the society. So when I was reflecting on that, so I thought, okay, what does, what does the world need now? So it was COVID time, so okay, something, uh, related around COVID. What can I do around COVID? So then I went to Google and I typed, so I came across this opportunity. And actually, when I inquired the people people around my society, they were not vaccinated at all. And it was, it was such a big shock because they were mostly cab drivers. So, and I was like, they're cab drivers, they work, they, uh, you know, they come across so many people, uh, and they could be carriers of, uh, the virus and they could transmit to other people. So then I was like, what do I— and I was— I'm germophobic, I'll tell you. I, I touch something and I don't wash my hand, it's in my, in my head. So in that, I had to put mask and I had to put everything. And I was talking to them, language was issue, but somehow I explained them that there are no side effects to the vaccine, whatever you're hearing. It's from the government, it's tested, it's tested and tested, so you can, uh, and I actually had gotten the vaccine, so I told them, you know, I'm the proof, I've got it. I showed my vaccination card and everything, and then I got them vaccinated. I told them how to, you know, enroll in the digital process. It was very difficult for me because of the germophobia, but I did it. And it's, it's really so close to my heart, this one, that at least I got 50 people vaccinated.
That's huge.
And I could have— I did something. I used my gap year for something.
That's, that's commendable. So congratulations and thank you for sharing with the community. This is amazing. Awesome. So let's move on to the next person who had a significant achievement outside the community. So then the next person is Yash Kalra, who switched his job after working for a decade, and in this process he came out of comfort zone. So yes, if you're here, yep, I can see you. I'll add you to the spotlight. Do you want to share your accomplishment and, and how did that happen for you?
Yeah, thanks, thanks Haritosh Srivastav for acknowledging this. Yeah, it was quite a— to be honest, it was quite a tough journey. It was not so easy because I was working with a technology which is not too demanding. So at the same time, I just searched the LinkedIn that what is the niche technology and what kind of job opportunities we have in the market. So I kept my hopes high. I studied it. I enrolled few courses in Udemy. And I also keep in touch with the guys who are working in those technologies. So I just get them some sort of knowledge and the things that they are doing. So as everything now, we, we mentioned few times in our this community as well, data is available everywhere. So there is no, uh, there is— I think we are, we are all living in this world where data is not hidden. So I get access to those data and I studied and I did some practical just enrolling to the public clouds and able to crack. That is true. Being in a company working for 9 years, you will definitely be in your comfort zone, especially if you're on the on-site with a client. You have some other responsibilities to play. So just putting extra hours after the office, it was tough. But yeah, I came out my comfort zone and able to do it.
Awesome, awesome. Thank you so much, and you truly deserve that. So many, many congratulations once again. Let's move on to the next person, a very special member. Not that other members are not, but a very special person. Rajesh Ahuja was recognized as a confident speaker in her other community. Rajesh, where are you? Would love to hear from you what was that all about.
Yes, yes, I'm here.
Yes, yes, I'll add you. Yep.
Thank you so much, Haritosh Srivastav. Yes, that was like, uh, there was a competition going on and, uh, there was a 60 days competition. Like, every day you have to speak on the topics given. And, uh, there, when finally, uh, we got the results, there were so many awards we got. I was the one who got the award of, uh, confident speaker. So I really was amazed after getting that, that We always wanted to speak, uh, in, in public, right? So we wanted to become a public speaker, and that was the day, like, for continuously for 60 days, like, speaking on different topics, or like, uh, you, you are not aware, it was instant topics were given there, and we were persistent in that particular activity. So that was really, uh, amazing, uh, achievement for me. And I'm so surprised that today, like, you are also like appreciating for those efforts. Thank you so much, Haritosh Srivastav, and thank you to everyone at the community.
You're welcome. You are a great example of how to be a massive action taker. So thank you so much. Next up, we have again another special member of the community. She's not here, but I'm very sure she'll be very happy to be recognized. Competing and winning our 21-day video creation competition. So congratulations, Meenu Khurana, we are so, so proud of you, and I'm very sure you will love to share your learnings with the community. Moving on, we have again somebody who's present here in the meeting, and really, really exciting. We just heard from her. Yeah, no points for guessing. Taiba Mahmood was featured by LinkedIn News India. So congratulations, Taiba, I'll add you to the spotlight. What do you want to share about this LinkedIn News India feature, featured in LinkedIn News India?
Uh, so actually I wrote, uh, I'm a continuous writer on LinkedIn now. I have amassed a following of 6,000+ people and, uh, yeah, the actually The result and all the things that I can actually keep on the side, because see, when you're doing something, you will get something out of it. But the most interesting part of that was, you know, the love for writing that I got back again. I was writing, I have written a book also, Unleash Your Spark, but you know, somewhere in the busyness of life, you get out of touch with writing. So I started back writing on LinkedIn every single day. I write for about 5 to 6 days every single week. And then LinkedIn News India actually featured me. And one day when they actually tagged me, I was wondering why the hell is LinkedIn News India tagging me? So it was like, why is LinkedIn News India tagging me? I didn't even open the post. But when I actually opened the post, I realized they had identified me for my confidence building tips and for my amazing writing skills. So yeah, that was something that was amazing for me.
And you know, awesome.
I think everyone should enjoy the process of doing things. You know, I, I now am a big believer of enjoying the process rather than just chasing the milestone, because I feel the milestone will come. You should enjoy this ride, as Alka ji also said.
So thank you so much.
Absolutely, absolutely.
Success is a journey, it's not a milestone. You go from one milestone to another. So congratulations once again, so proud to have you as part of the community and we are always vouching for your more milestone, more success. Awesome. We have, uh, next one is Brijesh. He is not here, but Brijesh completed his, uh, course on change management and leadership from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. So congratulations, Brijesh. We really commend you for all the great work that you're doing and looking forward to having you in the next meeting. Now, next up, so, so far we appreciated all the members who achieved outside the community. Now we are going to the segment where we are going to celebrate our members who did something for the community. And one of the important thing, if you guys remember, was in the month of July we launched Confident Storytelling Hub. And during that time there was something called Unleash 2023, the first edition of Unleash 2023, and we had 3 community members who stepped up and who rose to become the live storyteller there, and we are now celebrating them. So one of them is here, couple of them are not here, but we are gonna celebrate. So the first one is KP or Kedar Panda. Congratulations. Next one is Prana Ammu. And the third one is Natesha Rukia. Now we have the next category of award, which is about course completion. So we have— give me a second— yeah, we have someone who participated in the last Storython and completed all the 6 week's challenges and did that. So congratulations to Dr. Alka for completing the Storython and, and come successfully finishing it up. So congratulations, Dr. Alka. The next level of recognition that we want to give is to the member showcase session. So every month I choose one of the members who come and share their expertise with the community and we all learn from each other. So we had a few member showcase session which happened since our last 50th meeting. So the first one is Priya Rora. Congratulations to you for your session about your journey. The next one is a very senior and respected member of the community, Dileep Patil Ji. Congratulations to you as well. Next one is Abu Shaddab, who's sort of a rock star of the community. Congratulations Abu, if you are watching this. And last but not the least, okay, I think I'm, I'm missing one person, which is Ranjit. So give me a second, Ranjit, I'll get your certificate out. But congratulations to you as well. Your session on transformative leadership was very inspiring. You want to share anything about that? You can unmute if you are able to.
Uh, good evening, sir.
Good evening, Ranjit.
Uh, I just reached home. I was on the way, that's the reason.
Oh, you are on mute. Sorry.
Yeah, I was just on the way, so I was unable to unmute as well as No problem. So firstly, I will say I very, very thankful to you that you given me such a platform that I represented myself for a full session. Earlier I was having one session, but this was the session which community helps me to gain a lot of insights on myself. Thank you so much.
You're most welcome. I've got your certificate figured out. So apologies for that, but we have the certificate. You'll be getting it. So congratulations.
Thank you so much.
Awesome, awesome. Stop sharing and let's move on to the next set of awards. So next we have 3 set of awards which are community awards, which means that every time we have this celebration, 25th meeting, 50th meeting, and now 75th meeting, We ask our members to choose who do you think are the people who are contributing more, who are the people who are the most inspiring, who are the rising star of the community. And I'm so happy that we had so many nominations that it's going to take a while for me to complete all of that. So let's get started with the first category of the awards, which is the Contributor Award. The first one in this is Ranjit. Congratulations once again, you are also recognized as the most contributor of the community. We also have Shankar. He's not here, but congratulations to Shankar as well. Can you see how many awards we are giving today? And I am so inspired by all of these giving awards and the way I said and the videos I played. I was In the start of 50th meeting, I said it might take on about an hour to complete all these awards. I am so happy we are giving over 39 awards for the community sessions. So inspiring. Sir, I have no words to explain that I am contributing so much. I was not aware of anything. Even the community is so much awesome. Anushkar, yes, I would say Sanjay, Yash. I always see them whenever I'm seeing the recording also. I'm always seeing they are perfectly attending each and everything, and I'm the person who is attending sometimes. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being—
it feel me a lot, sir.
I understand that.
Thank you.
You're welcome, you're welcome. Awesome. So let's move on. We have couple more awards for the most inspiring one. That one is for Sharon Matthews. Congratulations, Sharon, you have been very inspiring personality for all of us. And last but not the least, Vandana Bhagaria for being the most inspiring person. Now next and the last award for this evening is my favorite award, which is called the Founders Award. So to give you a background of this award, I— this is something which I, as the founder of Confident Storytelling Hub, choose a member for from the past 20-25 sessions, and I observe their growth, I observe their dedication, I observe their commitment to this session, to helping others. And it is— it's a subjective one, but this is the liberty that I take on myself. Our previous awardee, last time awardee, was Rajesh Ahuja. And, and look at her, so many, so many accomplishments, so many amazing things she has done. So help me welcome the next Founders Award winner who is present in this meeting, and he's somebody. And first, let me tell you, why did I choose him? First of all, he is one of the most humble person. He's got so much of experience, but he's always eager to learn. He's— most of the times he attends a session, or even if he's not attending, he informs that he's not able to attend. And yes, somebody has actually guessed it correctly, so it is indeed Sanjay, congratulations! You are the winner of Founders Award for this particular session. What do you want to talk about?
Thank you, thank you for this award. Actually, when I joined this Storytelling Hub Actually, I don't open to talk to anyone, but after attended few sessions and then I got the confidence to talk to everyone. And because of that, I improve myself and I thought I must have to attend every session. And if, if I'm not able to join, if I am able to coming late in the session, so I will, I always try to inform you earlier so that you can aware about that if I am joining you or not. And I will— under 90% of the time I try to attend every session and I got a huge improvement in myself. And you all have seen last couple of session, last couple of my stories that you all know that. And thanks, sir. Thank you for this award. Today I got many awards and Thanks for all that, Haritosh Srivastav. I got motivated, and from today onwards, I, I can start learning more and more and present more stories in front of you. Thank you.
Absolutely, absolutely. And you truly deserve it. And, and before I said, somebody guessed it, because it's not only because you're just attending, you're also implementing whatever is mentioned. You're always ready to take action. If I say somebody has any story that they want to share, You say, yes, I do not know the story, but I'm going to try, which is the most important thing. Are you willing to take action? Are you willing to lead? The leaders don't wait for permission, and you are one such leader. So thank you so much. We are so proud to have you as part of the community. We are so elated to see your journey just getting started from here. And I do remember, I want to see you on that HR Summit stage next time. Yes, awesome, awesome. Thank you so much, and thank you to the Facebook community. I just wanted to share this special moment with all of you, so we will continue the celebration within the Zoom. But thank you so much, everyone. I'm gonna stop the streaming now.
