Good afternoon, District 124! That's like level 2, right? We set high standard. We just heard from Sugandhi, right? We want to set high standard. So can we have a level 10 roar of District 124? Can we have that? Everybody up for it? Yes? Good afternoon, District 124! That's it, that's it. Thank you. You know what, we have been talking a lot about our esteemed contest chair, and I know many of you are still enjoying tea and coffee. So during the break, I went up to her and said, 'Nidhi, what should I do to engage the audience?' And this answer may surprise you. You would have expected that she will say, 'Give a motivational talk.' do something else. But she said, bribe the audience. You know, who does bribe the audience? You know what we will do? Because we have got a few prize, and that is we have got set of chocolates. Who likes chocolates? Okay, so how can you get chocolate? I'll show you the sample. One is our favorite, Five Star. For those who are more health conscious, we also have 50% dark chocolate. So of course there's going to be a question and answer, right? So let's see the first question, and the people who will raise hand first will get the opportunity to answer. What was the year when Toastmasters International was formed? 1924. Is that correct? Yes. Okay, you want the dark chocolate? Let's give it up. Okay, come back, come back, come back, come back, come back, come back, come back, come back, come back. Nobody is excited for your chocolate. So can we give a round of applause for answering? Where was the Toastmaster Rob? Right, thank you. Okay, next question, and for this question, all the district officers are exempted. They are not allowed to answer. Because they have been told again and again. But for a relatively new member, what is the name of the— or who is the founder of Toastmasters International? Yes, ma'am, Ralph C. Smedley. Can we give it up for her? All right, so we'll give it. Okay, you get the 5-star Yay! Give it up for her! You're welcome. Okay, now this one is a little tough one, okay? This is a little tough one, and you have to give it in the right order, okay? If you miss the order, the answer is wrong, okay? So what are the 4 values of Toastmasters International in the right order, okay? You have to speak louder. Integrity, respect, service, excellence. Is that correct? Yay! Awesome! All right, who's disqualified? Okay, I'm feeling generous today. Okay, the last one. Which was the year? And I want someone from the back to answer that so that I know they are listening to me. So yeah, in which year was District 124 formed? They turned it off. That's him. Yes. Is that correct? 2022? Yes. We are not hearing from from audience? They're not participating. Disqualified. All right, yeah, that is the correct answer. Come and get your chocolate here. Let's give it up for him. All right, do you want to give a chocolate acceptance speech? I was kidding. All right, okay. I wish we had more time to continue with this award, but we have very special thing lined up. How many of you agree to this statement that a person who feels appreciated will always do more than expected? Do you agree? Yes, the back people do not agree to anything. So next up we have the Corporate Recognition Award. We are going to recognize the corporate who have been helping Toastmasters grow, who have been really pioneers in making their employees learn the importance and value. And for that, I would like to invite our International Director, Distinguished Toastmaster Sugandhi Periswamy, as well as our District Director of District 124, Distinguished Toastmaster Ava Auri, to come and do the facilitation. Can we give it up for them? That is level 2. Guys, come on, we can have better, right? Can we give a level 10 applause? Yes, Sugandhi, please come. Podium, ma'am.
