A packed calendar doesn't mean you're getting anything done. Cut your meetings in half, write an agenda before each one, and block time for actual work. Most business owners waste hours in pointless meetings that kill growth.
When I started my entrepreneurship journey, I used to feel that, that the more meeting that I have in my calendar, the more successful I'm going to be. But it could not be further from truth. You see, lot of us business owner entrepreneurs just keep doing meeting after meeting without any agenda. But if you really want to go and grow to the next level, I'm going to recommend these 3 things that you do. Number 1, make sure that you have some time blocking in place so that you can focus on what is really required for your business. Number 2, 2, start putting an agenda in advance. So even if you're going for a meeting or somebody's coming to meet you, make sure you know what are the things that you're going to discuss. And number 3, see if you can reduce the meeting time by 50%. And within no time, you'll be able to see that the things which used to take 2-3 hours would be able to be done in 15-20 minutes.
