When you challenge yourself, that's when the growth happens. So it'll not be comfortable, it'll not be easy, and sometime you'll be like, oh, oh shoot, I forgot to tell the story. I could have said that, and it'll happen. But next time when you go, you will be like, okay, this is time for me to tell stories. This is where I can inspire my team. This is where I can make a great impression on my management. This is where my customer is super impressed with the work done by the team.
