Haritosh Srivastav teaches 10 criteria for evaluating stories and presentations: opening hook, character development, emotions, conflict and resolution, takeaway, body language, vocal variation, use of tools, transitions, and narration versus dialogue. After each story, give speakers one "wow" and one area to improve.

I want all of you to take notes and what we are going to do is when I call up, I'm gonna call up a few people after every storyteller and I want you to share one major wow point, one thing that really stood out for you when that storyteller was telling and one major area of improvement that that person can do. So we don't want to do the only sugar-coated feedback and only harsh critic feedback as well. We want to have a healthy mix of both. We want to commend them and we also want to give them certain recommendation. Now what are the things that you can observe? And if you want to take a screenshot of what all things you can observe, you can feel free to do so. So one is that you can look at the whether there is an opening hook or not. Is the person is able to hold your attention or not? How are the characters developed? What are the different emotions? And is there something that can be done better or was it really done well? Was there a conflict or a problem or not? And if there was a problem, was there any resolution to the problem, or it was just the problem shared? Then the last 5 ones are more of the way the story is presented. So how was the— what was the takeaway or call to action for the story? How was the body language? Was it appropriate for the story, or something could have been done better? Was there any vocal variation? Our own tool, is that used properly, or there was a scope for making it better? How were the transition between different points in the story? And last one is, are the person using narration versus dialogue? When I just say narration, I am saying that I talked to Prem and Prem said you are— Prem said that you are doing good. Was it— I said, Prem, how are you? And Prem I'm good, Haritosh Srivastav, how are you? This is where the dialogues come into picture. And when you bring dialogues, that's where some of these things, the body language, vocal variation, automatically start coming in. So these are the 10 points that you can take in account while the storytellers are going to tell the story.
