Hey, Confident Storytellers! Welcome to CSH Communication Blueprint Challenge, our latest new monthly challenge. I am super excited because over the next 3 weeks, we are not just going to improve how we speak, we are going to improve how we communicate, how we connect, how we influence, and also how we lead. Whether you are a working professional, an entrepreneur, a coach, or someone who simply wants to become more confident, this challenge is designed for you. But before we start building, we need a blueprint, right? Imagine someone tells you, I want to build my dream house. The first question any architect would ask is, "What's the blueprint?" Because without a blueprint, even the best materials won't create a strong building. Communication also works in the same way. Many of us want to become better speakers, better storytellers, better leaders, and better influencers, but very few of us actually stop and ask, where do I stand today? And that's what today's challenge is all about. In coaching hundreds of professionals over the years, one thing I've consistently noticed is that the people who improve the fastest are not necessarily the most talented one. It is actually the most aware one. They know what they are good at, what they struggle with, and where they need to focus. Because once you become aware, improvement becomes intentional. So instead of trying to improve everything, you want to improve the one thing that matters most. So your first task today is to complete the CSH communication assessment. It is in your My Dashboard. It's just a set of 10 simple questions. Remember, this is not an exam. There are no right or wrong answers. No one is here to judge you, and the only person you need to be honest with is, of course, yourself. So answer every question based on how you communicate today, not how you wish you communicated. Remember, let me repeat: answer every question based on how you communicate today, not how you wish you communicated. And once you have completed the assessment I want you to record a 2 to 3 minutes reflection video, and in this video I want you to answer these 5 questions. Number 1: What is your score? What is your overall score? Number 2: Did this score actually surprise you? Why or why not? Number 3: What do you believe is your biggest communication strength today? Number 4, what is the one communication skill you want to improve over the next 3 weeks? And the most important question is, what commitment are you making to yourself during this challenge? I don't want you to sound perfect. I want you to be honest because this video is not about impressing anyone. It's about creating your starting point. And here is the exciting part. On the final day of this challenge, you are going to take the same assessment again and then you will record another reflection video. And this is where the magic is going to happen. You'll be able to compare your score, but also your confidence, your clarity, and your communication. Not against someone else, but against the person you are today. And remember, this is not just an individual challenge. It is a team challenge. So I want you to encourage your teammates. You may not know your teammates at this point of time, but very soon you'll get to know. I want you to encourage your team members and celebrate their progress as well. I want you to give thoughtful feedback using the SPARK framework because communication doesn't grow in isolation.. It grows in conversation. The stronger your team becomes, the stronger you become. I want you to leave— I want to leave you with one thought. Every expert communicator that you see now was once a beginner, and they did not become influential overnight. They became better One conversation, one story, one reflection, and one challenge at a time. So today, don't focus on being impressive, focus on being honest. Complete your assessment, upload your reflection video, support your team members, and let's spend the next 3 weeks building your communication blueprint. One step at a time. I'll see you in the next challenge. Story power to you.
