Hey rockstars, welcome to day 3 of 21-day video confidence challenge. By now you must have realized that confidence doesn't magically appear. It is something we earn and build by taking one action, intentional action at a time. And that's what exactly you're doing. And you know what, I want you to think about a moment, reflect for some time and think about a moment which has shaped your confidence. Maybe it was a time you really hesitated to speak. Maybe it was the moment you really pushed through your fear. Or maybe it was the time you realized that you are more powerful than you give yourself credit for. So here is your Day 3 challenge. Number 1, I want you to record a video where you talk about the time your confidence was tested. I want you to paint a picture and tell us what exactly happened, what did you feel, and more importantly, what was your takeaway lesson. And number 2, one of the tools that helps you build confidence is the affirmation, and I want you to recite your 3 affirmations. And if you don't have yours, I am going to share mine 3 affirmations that is going to help you. So let's start with the first affirmation: my voice matters. My voice matters. Number 2: I I am growing every time I show up. I am growing every time I show up. And the last affirmation is, I am confident even when I feel nervous. Yes, I am confident even when I feel nervous. So I want you to record your 3 affirmations And along with the story video, I want you to share these 3 affirmations in the group. So that is your challenge number 3, or day 3 of 21-day video confidence challenge. As you may already know, every time you post a video, you get 100 points. And we have seen in the last 24 hours, all the dashboard has completely changed, and I'm giving you another Kicker. So from now on, for next 24 hours or till end of the weekend, which is 12 midnight Sunday, 11:59 PM Sunday, the more number of videos you post, the more 100 points you'll get. Of course, I don't want you to post anything, any junk, but it has to be relevant, it has to be contextual. But the more videos you will post the more points you will get.
