In this Day‑4 session of the 21‑day Video Confidence Challenge, the coach addresses participants—called “storytellers”—and emphasizes that confidence is communicated not only through voice but also through the body. He explains that posture, eye contact, gestures, facial expression, and overall energy send a powerful message to the audience before any words are spoken. The coach challenges participants to record a short video answering the prompt “what does confidence look like in your body?” and, while recording, to deliberately try one new physical habit (e.g., smile more, improve eye contact, add energy). The goal is awareness and incremental improvement, not perfection. Participants are asked to post their videos in the group for community feedback, and the coach ends with encouragement and a reminder to return for Day 5.

Hey storytellers, welcome to day 4 of 21-day video confidence challenge. Are you enjoying this? Are you already participating in it? I am super, super proud of each and every one of you who have taken the effort, who have created a video and posted in the group. And if you have not yet, not yet done, this is the time for you to get started. Today I want to talk about something really crucial, and it's called what is your body communicating. You see, before even you— before you say even a single word, your body is already communicating something. Your body speaks, right? Your posture, your eye contact, your energy, it all is sending a message to your audience. Just think about it. What if you have the most powerful message, but your shoulders are slouched, your face is nervous, and, and you're not able to just say that, your voice is shrinking? Would people believe your message? You know the answer, right? So confidence is not only about being heard, it's also about being seen. And the best part, you don't have to fake it. You just have to become aware of it. So today's challenge is all about your physical presence, how you are using your body language as your superpower. So here is what you're going to do. The challenge for today is for you to record a video on the topic, what does confidence look like in your body? You can talk about your posture, you can talk about your hand gesture, eye contact, expression, energy, or anything. And as you're recording, I want you to try one new thing. Maybe smile more, maybe a better eye contact, maybe little bit more energy, something which we can physically notice. Are you ready for the challenge? Your goal is not to become perfect. Your goal is to show up with awareness, to become better version of yourself. So record the video and post it in the group. And I am looking forward to all your videos. And as I say every time, story power to you. Let's see what is your body communicating with the superpower that you have. See you tomorrow for day 5.
