In this Day 8 video of the 21‑Day Video Confidence Challenge, the instructor moves participants from Week 1’s focus on simply showing up to Week 2’s emphasis on owning their message and identity. He introduces the concept of “brand pillars” – three core themes that define what a creator wants to be known for by clients, audience, and community. Using the Confident Storytelling Hub as an example (confidence, storytelling, visibility), he explains how these pillars guide all communication and teaching. The Day 8 challenge asks participants to record a short video stating their three personal brand pillars—whether strengths, passions, or values—keep it clear and powerful, and share it with the group for feedback.

Hey, Confidence Storytellers! Welcome to Day 8 or Week 2 of 21-Day Video Confidence Challenge. You see, Week 1 was all about showing up and building inner confidence, and in this Week 2, we start owning our message and our identity. Because confidence is powerful, but when you mix confidence with clarity, that's magnetic. So let's start with this. What do you want to be known for? Not just by your clients, but also by your network, by your audience, by your community, etc. This is where brand pillars come into the picture. Your brand pillars are the 3 core themes or areas you stand for, the ideas you want people to instantly associate with you. Let me give you an example. Here at Confident Storytelling Hub, the 3 brand pillars are confidence. We want to help people find and own their voice. Number 2, storytelling. We want to teach people to use stories for impact, sales, and connection. And number 3 is visibility. We want to empower people to show up boldly and consistently. These pillars guide everything we say, do, and teach. And today I want you to define yours. So here is your Day 8 challenge: record a short video answering the question, what are the 3 things you want to be known for? These are your brand pillars. So what, what are the 3 things you want to be known for? It could be your strength, It could be your passion, it could be your values, or anything you want to help others with. Keep it simple, keep it clear and powerful. I'm looking forward to know your brand pillars. So record the video, put it in the group, and I look forward to watching each and every one of it. As I say every time, story power to you.
