In this brief YouTube excerpt, Speaker A shares the moment of receiving a final certificate and being named "Most Confident Storyteller of the Month," describing it as a beautiful milestone. Speaker B reflects on the unseen effort behind the achievement, using the iceberg metaphor to highlight that most people only see the result, not the daily work. B praises A's perseverance, labels the ongoing evolution as "Madhu 2.0"—a new, improved version of the individual—and emphasizes that while the journey has just begun, the start is strong. The dialogue celebrates personal growth, consistent effort, and the transformation that follows sustained practice.

Of course, when I completed the challenge and I got the final certificate and all, I also got a certificate of Most Confident Storyteller of the Month. That was most beautiful moment for me.
And that was definitely worth it because we could see, of course, not everybody sees your journey. Everybody sees the tip of the iceberg and you have done the hard work. But what was the work that you're putting in every single day and posting, that was beautiful. But what is more important is that you persevered, you kept on working, and that's what, that's what we see as Madhu 2.0. I would definitely like to call that the new version of Madhu. And yes, the work is still not done. You are just getting started, but you have a great start.
