In this 23rd episode of the Game Changers series, Haritosh Srivastav shares his recent experience of juggling a full‑time IT job (7‑8 hours) with an intensive eight‑hour book‑writing workshop. He emphasizes the value of “stretching”—pushing beyond one’s comfort zone—to learn and grow, even at the cost of limited sleep. He reflects on the lessons from the workshop led by Darren, Cheryl, and Maureen, and urges listeners to consider how they are stretching their own boundaries. The episode concludes with a call to action for the audience to identify personal stretch goals, alongside reminders to practice sanitizing, social distancing, and overall self‑care during the pandemic.

Good morning, fellow Stagetimers. This is Haritosh Srivastav and I'm back with number 23 of 51 Game Changers. For last 2 days, I was actually having a full day job. I'm in IT, so I get work from home, no holidays. So that's about 7 to 8 hours of work. And then I was going through a workshop on book writing. That's another 8 hours. But you know what? That was well worth it. I was stretching so that I can learn, I can grow. And this is probably not the first time I stretched like that. At times we need to stretch We need to go out of our comfort zone. We need to— so what, I got only 4 hours, 5 hours of sleep? I know sleep is important, but the lesson that I learned in last 2 days on the book writing workshop that Darren, Cheryl, and Maureen did, that was incredible. So I know for some of you guys who are still working, it's gonna be little hard to stretch and grow, but I would still urge that this is a golden opportunity to learn, to grow, and you do that by stretching your limits. So my questions to all you are: what are you doing to stretch your boundaries, stretch your limits? Take one stretch at a time. So that's it for number 23, I believe. I'll be back with the next Game Changers. I hope you all are taking good care of yourself, sanitizing, practicing social distancing, and making sure that you are spending your time on productive things. So until next time, keep learning, keep growing, and Keep safe and keep going out of your comfort zone. This is Haritosh Srivastav. May God bless you all.
