In this short instructional video, public speaking coach Haritosh Srivastav, an IT project manager, bestselling author, and certified mentor, shares three practical tips to help anyone appear more confident during a presentation. He first explains that smiling positively influences mindset and nervous system, often eliciting reciprocal smiles that boost morale. Second, he recommends power posing—adopting upright, expansive postures such as the Superman/Superwoman pose—to improve body language and convey confidence. Third, he stresses thorough preparation: arriving early, understanding the audience, and mastering the material, which naturally generates confidence. The video concludes with a call to join his upcoming public speaking masterclass, a holiday greeting, and an invitation for viewers to share their own confidence techniques.
