Do you also feel overwhelmed at times where you have so many things going on in your mind and you're not able to concentrate and move ahead with any other things? Now you may want to try out this method to help you, and what I want you to do is just take a pen and paper and note down every single thing that is bothering you. When you make a list of all those things, you'll probably be kind of taking out all the baggage from your mind to the brain, and once you do that, then pick out the 3, top 3 things that you want to do on that particular day. Once you complete the top 3 things, then if you have time, then you can choose next 3 things that you want to work on, or maybe move it to next day. Once you start doing that, you will feel that you are much more in control of life and you are able to make a lot of progress. I do it a lot of time. Do you?
