Ready for the CSH Communication Challenge? Here's What You Need to Know

In this presentation Haritosh Srivastav announces the July 2026 CSH Communication Blueprint Challenge, outlining its purpose (the 3 Rs: Reflect, Refine, Rise), team‑based format, and participation logistics. New captains will be selected (preferably first‑time captains) for teams of 4‑6 members, with a form used to collect details and assign teams by the following Tuesday. The three‑week challenge consists of up to five weekly tasks, live mastermind sessions on Fridays, live huddles on Tuesdays, and a graduation ceremony on July 31. Points are earned for posting videos, attending sessions, giving feedback, and team performance, feeding a digital leaderboard and team dashboard. The updated challenge portal now offers a single place to upload videos, view all Spark‑format feedback, track personal and team points, see badges, and review past challenge data. Finisher criteria require at least 10 videos, 5 approved feedbacks, 1,500 points, a Trustpilot 5‑star review, and a Google form submission by July 30. Rewards include a completion certificate, India‑specific merchandise, a digital badge, a 1‑hour 1‑on‑1 coaching session, Hall of Fame recognition, and future Master Circle opportunities. The speaker also demonstrates the self‑assessment questionnaire (10 items rated 1‑5) that participants must complete before starting the first reflection challenge. Current portal statistics (≈2 lakh story points, ~1,500‑2,000 submissions, top scorer Madhu with 19,900 points) are shown to illustrate community engagement.
Chapters
Our July challenge is going to be called the CSH Communication Blueprint Challenge. So we are going to continue with the theme of having teams. We are going to have the Spark Feedback, Team Power, Leaderboard, all of that will continue. So how many of you are excited for this challenge? Type me in the chat. Awesome, thank you so much. So let's— let me introduce to you the CSH Communication Blueprint Challenge. What's new in that? What are you going to learn? And yes, I am going to also record in front of you the very first Challenge. So first thing first, I am going to first show you the mind map, which is what all we have done and specifically what are the new updates that we have. So see, July 2026 CSH Communication Blueprint Challenge. The objective is 3 Rs, which is to reflect, to refine and to rise. The challenge is going to be a team challenge. I am going to shortly give you a form where I want you to fill the form to participate as a team. We'll be forming new teams. There will be captains in the team, and captains would be somebody who has been a finisher before and has not been a captain before, preferably. If we don't get enough people, then we'll probably assign it to somebody who has been there, a captain. But my preference would be to give it to new people first, right? So we'll be captain and 4 to 5 or maximum 6 team members. And the captains are going to be this, and they're committed to show leadership. They'll be able to motivate and uplift team members, and it's a voluntary position. The members are going to be the CSS member who who are committed to show up. Only people who fill the form will get access to the team membership, and team assignment will stop not this Friday but by next Tuesday. So I am going to share the form now. You can fill the form and you will be able to see the prompts similarly as before. You can record the video and you can share, and there will be one more way for you to share the video that I'll share now. Third one is the plan. So participation form will be filled, team name, captain, and members will be announced by Monday, not tomorrow, and game begins today. There is no different tracks, it's going to be one track common for everybody. Team members will get points for posting videos, attending live sessions, giving feedback to others, and also team will get points. So we'll continue with the team-based competition where we'll be seeing which team is getting to the number one. And I think this is what has been the major pointers, major, you know, enthusiasm pointers in the last couple of months. So there will be a team dashboard and we'll have special recognition for team with maximum finishers fastest finishers and most points. And the schedule: 3 weeks challenge, every week up to 5 challenges. It might be actually less than that. So we'll have the mastermind session on Friday, and we'll have the live huddles now every Tuesday. And the graduation ceremony will be on 31st— not 30th, 31st of July, which is a Friday. So that's the schedule. Now ask me what's new, what's new this time, right? So this you may have seen. So what's new? Number 1 is digital dashboard. It is more or less the same. Journey and batches are the same, but there are 3, uh, 2 new things. Number 1, many of you asked last time that I am getting a lot of feedback in the portal But how do I get a view of that, right? How many of you had that question? Okay, I'm getting so many feedback, but I don't know where to find the feedback. So now in your dashboard, when I show, you will be able to see all your feedback in the Spark format. So there will be one place where you can see all the feedback, right? Give me a thumbs up if you like this update, right? And the second one, which is also very much requested, is I don't want to put all the videos on WhatsApp, my phone is getting filled. So now you will have the option to upload the video in the portal itself. Now I'm going to put a star here because this is a facility that I am still testing. So I am not going to say please do not delete your video after you upload, uh, because this is a new feature I will be testing also. But this is the new updated version where you will be able to upload in the portal also, apart from putting it in the WhatsApp or others, right? So finisher is the same criteria. At least— yes, will you please show us like where we have to upload the video? I'll show that. I'm just sharing this and then I will show the challenge portal also. So you need to post at least 10 videos in the group and also 5 feedbacks in the 5 feedbacks which are approved. You need to get over 1,500 points. And then once you complete this, you need to post a 5-star review on Trustpilot, fill the Google form, and deadline for that would be 29th— sorry, 30th of the month. And by— on 31st, we'll have the celebration, and then Hall of Fame is Straightforward, 3 challenges. And okay, the milestones are same, Finisher, Hall of Fame, and then we are working on the new next one, which is Master Circle. So what do you get, right? What's in it for me always? So what do you get as a Finisher for the first time? You are going to get, number 1, you're going to get a certificate of completion. If you are within India, we are going to ship it to your place. And if you are within NCR, I'm going to add that I'm not going to ship you, I want you to come to our one of the meetups. Number 2 is you're also going to get a cool merchandise t-shirt, which is again only for India location. And if you're outside India, you're coming to India, let me know in advance so that I can get it printed and ready for you. I don't want to pay, you know, the shipping outside India is actually way too costly than actually getting it printed. And Amit is smiling, he knows what I'm talking about. So Yes, uh, we'll have the live graduation ceremony at the end of the month, and you— I will be reaching out to you to record your finisher interview. And once it is recorded and edited, it will be published on our all social media— YouTube, Instagram, Facebook— as well as on LinkedIn. You're also going to get a digital badge and You are going to have a complimentary 1-hour one-to-one with myself. This is again condition that if you complete the challenge, you need to use it within next 30 days. Well, I've seen a lot of people don't use it, so if you don't use it, then you lose it, right? Next one is if you become a Hall of Fame, you again get award on stage during our in-person meetings. You get a digital badge. You are going to be— this is going to be one of the criteria to deliver something called CSH Talk, which when it— when we get to that stage, I will talk about. This will be also your opportunity to mentor new members, and we'll also give you the member spotlight session access, so you'll be able to take a session. And Master Circle is still being defined. So this is In the crux, what it is, and now I'm going to show you the latest challenge portal. So all of you have access to the URL is called the challenge.confidentstorytellinghub.com. I'm going to put that in the chat. So this is the portal, and let me share the screen to show you. What's there in the portal. So this is the updated challenge portal for our monthly challenges. Now I am not going to explain each and everything, but what new is there, right? So number one is you have the submit new content, and here If you go down, do you see an option to upload video? So this is where you'll be able to upload your video directly into the portal. So maybe I just randomly upload a video or something, right? So this is where you can upload and you can just mark it as complete. You don't have to put it in the WhatsApp group. So this is where all the thing will happen. And, uh, yeah, maybe I'll change a little bit to say upload over here itself, right? So you can upload and it will go there. Or the other option would be that you can upload it on your YouTube or other places as an unlisted video and you can paste the link here. So that's the first update that you have. The second update is the You go down, can you see there is something called feedback received, right? So this is where you'll be able to see who gave you feedback for which challenge and what was the feedback on what date. So you'll be able to see these are some, um, on behalf of somebody else, people given feedback, but it's good that I can show you. So all your feedback now are at one place in your dashboard. You can go through it and you can get a lot of value out of it, right? So how many of you are going to actually use this for your own growth? Type yes in the chat or me in the chat. Okay, and all your badges, all your achievements are over here, and all your previous challenge data, like what did you do in Mainfluence, what did you do in Premier League, all of that is also there. Right, so with that, our community dashboard will be the same as previously. I am an admin, so I am seeing little too many things, so which you may not see. So I'm just gonna log out. So once you log in here, you'll see total members, all the points. So at this point of time, we are very close to crossing 2 lakh story points. So I hope that within next 2-3 days, we are going to cross 2 lakh story points. And we have over 1,500 submissions as of now. So I hope by the end of this submission we'll be crossing somewhere around 1,700, 1,800, or may— you don't know, maybe 2,000 submissions. Maybe I'm a little bit greedy, right? So then you have the points table. You can see individual members and their points. So Madhu is leading at this point of time. With 19,900 points. Great job, Madhu! Congratulations, you are leading the overall challenge. So this is the highest, uh, then we have the Dinesh Ji, then we have Sunny and Amit and Ruchi. So we have— you can see all the members, we have kept it very, very transparent for each one of you. And next up is the teams. So teams you will see only when you select a portal. Now these teams' names will get changed because there is no team activity yet, but I will have new teams and new captains. So this whole area is going to change, uh, but once it goes there, you'll be able to see who are the captain, who are the team members, what are the points, and what is the overall team point. This is old data, so you shouldn't look into this. I will have new teams and new members, and you will also be able to see individual members' progress. Where they are and where are they reaching towards. And then you have the challenge detail. So you can see all the previous challenge. This is the latest challenge and who all are the players. So we have 71 members who have access to this portal as of now. And this is only when members request access, I give, or the new members I keep adding as and when they join. So that is the new challenge. Now, uh, two things. One is I am going to give a form, and I'll show you the form also, how you can become part of a team. So how many of you would like to be part of a team, right? Type team in the chat. Let me first show you the form and then I'll give you the link also. So this is the form that you can fill to become part of a team. You can fill your email address, your name, your phone number. The location with where you are, and are you an existing challenge finisher. So I'll just put some of my details. So I'll say I'm not yet an existing challenge finisher, and if I go next, then this is just a commitment. Do you commit to participating? And if I say yes, it will allow me to submit. Am I missing something? Okay, let me check that. There may be something which I am missing. I will rectify that and share it in the group. But if you are an existing challenge finisher, then you will see this form. Have you been captain to existing team in the last challenge? You will say no, then it will ask you, do you want to become the captain this time? We love for the new members to take this up. So if you are not yet being a captain and you are a finisher, then please take that. I would love to, but if you feel like you would not be able to devote some time on weekly basis, then you can prefer that I want to be a member only this time. And then you can submit. And the third one— okay, I know what is the problem. I think I had stopped taking the, the new entries in that. And have you been captain? Then we would prefer that you don't become a captain next time. So let me just update that to take up the new responses. Look at this, some— I have to check what is the problem, but I will share it in the group once the form is ready. There may be some issue with this, so I'm really sorry about that. Why it is not taking? Okay, I'll share that, uh, in the group, uh, once the form is ready. But now what I'm going to do is— this is the link, but I think this is not yet accepting the form, uh, the submission. So I have to make certain modifications. Now I— what I want to do is I want to also show you the very first challenge is about self-assessment. So there is a new self-assessment that you need to do. So I am going to show you how you can do the self-assessment. So when you go to the portal and login, you will go to My Dashboard, and in the My Dashboard you will Scroll down and you will see something called CSH Communication Assessment, right? It says that rate yourself honestly on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being strongly disagree and 5 being strongly agree, and in between. So you're gonna click on that, take, and you will see that. So the first question is, I can express my ideas confidently in Conversations, meeting, or presentation. If you are able to do that, you can say I strongly agree to that, you can choose 5. If you feel that you are somewhere in middle, you take 3. Or you feel like you are not able to do that at all, then you select 1. And similarly, there are total 10 questions which are there. And once you complete all of that, you click on submit assessment. So that's when your self-assessment is done. And now the first challenge is going to be about the reflection of the same.
