Chapters
Use this simple technique to self-evaluate after every time you speak. A lot of us are on the journey of speaking and storytelling, but we don't know the framework to get better. So I want you to use this framework called Stop, Start, and Continue to analyze your communication skills. So what is that? Stop means once you analyze, stop what you need to stop doing, right? Maybe you are using a lot of filler words. Maybe You are rambling too much and you are not to the point. So that is stop. Number 2, start. What new things you should start? So maybe you need to start taking pauses. Maybe you need to start having real eye contact. And the third one is the continue. What is it that you should continue? Maybe you should speak in the same volume that you speak. Maybe you should continue to share your personal authentic story. So use this STOP, START, and CONTINUE framework to give yourself feedback about your journey.
