Story Spark Day 12 - Acknowledge Achievements

In this live group coaching session, facilitator Haritosh Srivastav leads the 12th day of the StorySpark series, focusing on building mindset and confidence through an "acknowledge achievements" exercise. Participants (Harsha, Vignesh, and Rajesh) are asked to write down their top three personal or professional achievements, share them aloud, and receive a collective verbal acknowledgment—"you are an achiever, story power to you"—while physically opening their arms and closing their eyes to internalize the affirmation. Each participant narrates distinct achievements ranging from academic milestones, creative projects, certifications, awards, and personal resilience. Haritosh also shares his own three achievements, reinforcing the practice. The group reflects on how recalling past successes boosts confidence, motivation, and a sense of power. The session also references the broader community practices such as the 5 AM Club, daily Zoom meetings, and encourages viewers to post their achievements in comments. The overall aim is to shift focus from perceived failures to recognized successes, thereby strengthening self‑belief and energy for the day.

Awesome! So welcome to day 12 of StorySpark session. We are in the week 2 of building mindset and confidence, and today's session I had asked you to bring a pen and paper because we are going to do a very important confidence building exercise. So are you ready? Awesome! I can see Harsha has got pen and paper, and I'm assuming Vignesh has also got, and Rajesh has also got. So this is what you are going to do. You see, a lot of time we feel confidence because we feel we have not done enough, we have not— we don't have many achievements. But if we look back at our own journey, if we start analyzing our own journey, we will be able to find out that we have had many achievements. So today's session is all about acknowledging your past achievements. So I'm going to, uh, give you a format, not too much, but it is as simple as acknowledging your past achievement. So I'm going to play the music and I want you to dig deeper, start thinking about your top 3 achievements in life. Now these achievements could either be in form of personal achievement It could also be in form of professional achievement. It could be any other achievement as well. But think about your journey. Think about from where you started. What are your top 3 achievements? So once you complete this, write down in your notebook. And then once we go through it for 2-3 minutes, then we are gonna go around the room and I want you to share. And once somebody share, I, you know what, I will actually tell you how to share and how others will acknowledge that. So let's just get started into writing that. So I want you to get your pen and paper ready, and I hope I'm sharing the sound. Yes, now I'm sharing. Just go back and take your pen and paper and start thinking about your journey. Start thinking about what are you These achievements are going to give you a lot of confidence. Just get back, start reading. One moment. Dig deeper, start thinking about all the things that you done. Okay, we can stand. Raj is done. Okay, so this is how we are going to do. I am going to ask one of you to share your achievements. And once you have shared, I want others to unmute and we are going to acknowledge your achievement by saying that you are an achiever. What are we going to say? You are an achiever and story power to you. So others will say, and when others are saying you are an achiever, I want you to just close your eyes and open your arms just as to accept the acknowledgement. Okay, so when I ask somebody to share their achievement, they will share their achievement. And I don't want you to share, you know, in a tone that is low energy, it's morning. No, I want you to share with lot of excitement as if you just achieved that. And once you're done, others, everyone will unmute and will say together, you are an achiever. Story power to you. And when others are saying that, I want you to open your arms, close your eyes, and just receive the technology. Okay, so are we ready? Yes. Okay, so let's start with Harsha. Harsha, what are your top 3 achievements?
First is my B.Tech degree completion. I was very— became ill when I am studying in B.Tech degree.
Yes.
So my parents told to stop the degree, drop out from the degree, B.Tech degree. But I take it as a challenge and completed B.Tech degree. And second one is first short film making. 7 years back, so many directors I met and I asked her to give chance, but they refused to give opportunity. So then I decided to make my own short film. That was my second achievement. Third achievement is receiving an award from Andhra Pradesh Short Film Association in Vijayawada. That is my third achievement. That's all.
Amazing, amazing. So Vignesh and Rajesh, please unmute yourself. And Harsha, close your eyes, open your arms, and let's say together Harsha, you are an achiever.
Harsha, you are an achiever.
Achiever.
Story power to you.
Story power to you.
Story power to you.
Awesome.
All right, let's go around the room. Let's go to Vignesh now. Vignesh, share with us your 3 achievements.
Yeah, my 3 achievements starts with, uh, since my— in my college I had 4 areas. And my dad gave me a goal that if you clear all the 4 areas in one shot, I will buy you an iPad. Excellent. I cleared all those 4 areas, and during my toughest personal time, to the core toughest, I still remember that. And somehow I maintained that grit and resilience and cleared that areas also that gave me room to get a job.
Excellent. Okay, second one.
Yeah, and second achievement, what I am seeing is, uh, in past 3 years I completed 3 certifications. And also I wanted to add a lot of failures in just last year. So that's something I still see as an achievement because I never had this kind of failures before. Because of my role.
Excellent.
But still I'm continuing to deliver lot of milestones. That's what I wanted to convey.
Awesome, awesome.
And third achievement I'm seeing is in past one month, uh, I got a biggest Bravo Award. I got pushed to the corner with lot of peak pressure, uh, and funding, but still I was able to hit my personal milestone running of 8.5 kilometers.
Whoa!
So that's what I see as biggest achievements.
Awesome, awesome. So Vignesh, time for you to receive the acknowledgement. Close your eyes, open your arms, and, and everybody else, let's call Vignesh. Vignesh, you are an achiever. Story power to you.
Story power to you.
Awesome. Okay, Rajesh, time for you to shine.
Yes, definitely. Okay, so in life, yes, there are so many achievements. This is what I feel, but like on, um, your request, when we went into past, so we can see, yes, we are really an achiever. So, uh, first thing which I, uh, I can— I love to share is that I stood first in class 9th. And that was a surprise for me that I stood first in the class. And second was, uh, when I cleared my 10th exam, it was like my father was happy. He was on, um, on like on seventh heaven as I was the first girl who cleared 10th in, uh, in my whole village. So that was a proud moment for him. And I feel so happy that I could make my father feel proud. And the third was when I was there in 12th class, I got selected as India to like to represent India among SAARC countries. So there was people from all 7 countries, students from all 7 countries, and I was one of them. That was a great achievement for me. Yes, at that point in time I was not aware that it is really so big achievement, but now I know, yes, it was really a great achievement and I'm so thankful to universe for that achievement. So yes, awesome, awesome. But that's all. Thank you so much.
Awesome, awesome. So get ready to receive your acknowledgement. Close your eyes, open your arm, and everybody else along with me. Rajesh, you are an achiever.
Rajesh, you are an achiever.
Story power to you.
Story power to you.
Awesome. How did it feel?
Excellent. Awesome.
Do you want me to share my 3 achievements which I could recall?
Yes.
Yes.
Awesome. Okay, so let me start with the first one which came just in my mind is, and I am also apart from storytelling coach and other things, I'm also a data freak and I keep calculating random data. So other day I got really fascinated because coming from a small town and just being able to see the planes flying over to being able to travel over 2 lakh kilometers on plane is a big achievement for me. Number 2 is being able to build a career of my choice and then to be able to again change to an alternate career, again of my choice, I believe it is an achievement for me. And number 3 is not coming from a writing and creative background, having only seen people who— only heard of people actually, not seen— who write, to being able to write an amazing bestseller book, it was a big achievement for me.
Wow! Yes, this is the time for you now to receive the, you know, uh, or the blessing. So yes, everyone, Haritosh, you are an achiever!
Haritosh, you are an achiever!
Thank you!
Glory power to you!
Thank you so much!
Glory power to you!
Thank you so much! Okay, let's go around the room and, and share how did you feel going through this exercise. So let's start with Haritosh Srivastav.
Yes sir, it was excellent, and I want to thank you. You added us in 5 AM Club. Daily we are getting up before 5 and preparing us for this Zoom class. Very good. You are adding 2 hours to our life.
Thank you.
And this is a positive vibration from you. I want to thank for this. And now these 3 past achievements, I never think that you, you gave this. Now I thought, oh, I done something I in my life. Yes, I am not waste. I am thinking myself. Thank you, thank you for remembering my achievements. Thank you once again. Excellent, excellent.
And you are an achiever. Awesome. Okay, Vignesh, how about you? Good to see you live here for the first time.
Long I'm trying to— what I felt is I am feeling really happy because all my mornings are not good. Somehow other— some uncertainties come into picture.
I understand.
I need to cope up for first 30 minutes to get that energy back. But this is like instantaneous. In 15 minutes, I feel okay.
Yeah.
I am ready for the day. Thank you.
You're ready for the day. You're ready for an amazing day. Awesome. Rajesh, how about you?
Yes, first of all, thank you so much for this initiative that wherein you have to meet quickly for 15 minutes to boost your energy. And yes, you are really doing awesome and encouraging us to be there. And joining live is altogether and altogether different experience. And I feel, yes, we should be there in life. That's always good. And, uh, coming on that, remembering past achievements, I feel we always, uh, yes, we are an achiever, but we never think in that perspective. We always count on our failures or, uh, you know, non-achievements, but we never focus on the achievements which can actually make our life. Because small, small achievements— when I was just going through all these 3 achievements I know it is all my achievements, but I never get that time. I never could, you know, took that time to remember them and, uh, with that encourage myself and, uh, give that motivation to me. But yes, when you, um, provide— you ask us to do this exercise, it was a sense of, uh, yes, I, I'm also something. Right? I have power. I'm powerful. I'm an achiever, winner, and I can move ahead. If I can achieve this, definitely I can achieve whatever I wish in my life. So it is a powerful experience, uh, that accomplishment feeling. So I'm feeling so motivated, inspired. So thank you so much for all those things.
You're welcome. And, and so good to see all of you getting breakthroughs. Yeah, you don't have to achieve big things. Even if you can just count your blessings, count your small achievement, it gives you a lot of power boost. And that is what we do in this morning session. The time is 6:18, and if you are someone who is watching it on YouTube or you are part of the community, I also want you to write down in the comments or in the group what are your top 3 achievements so that we can say you are an achiever and story power to you. This is day 12 of StorySpark session. I'll see you all tomorrow for day 13. Take care, have a great day ahead.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
