Story Spark Day 8 10 mins guided meditation

In this live Story Spark session, Haritosh Srivastav opens Day 8 of a week‑long confidence‑building program. He introduces a 10‑minute confidence meditation (audio only) and guides participants to be present, breathe, and visualize confidence. After the meditation, Haritosh facilitates a feedback round where Dr. Elka, Ellen, and Venkat share their experiences— noting the length, visualization aspects, and personal resonance. Haritosh reiterates the purpose of the meditation, acknowledges varying comfort levels, and promises to share the video link in the group. He then announces the schedule for Day 9, a one‑week break, and the resumption of live mastermind sessions on the 24th and subsequent Story Spark meetings. The session ends with gratitude and encouragement to keep learning, growing, and stepping out of comfort zones.

Very good morning, Dr. Alka and Ellen. Welcome to day 8 of Story Spark session. And as the theme of the week, in this week we are working on building mindset and confidence. So we are going to do different activities throughout this week. To practice different aspect of confidence building. So for today's one, what I've chosen up is the aspect of doing meditation. Now meditation is not religious things, it's related to being self-aware and being mindful. And what we are going to do is In today's session, I have chosen one meditation exercise which is about 10 minutes, and it's a publicly available video, so I'm not going to show the video. I'm just going to share the audio, and we will be going through the exercise as instructed by that. And you may be on video if you want to, or if you're not comfortable, you can switch off your video as well. The point is be here and be mindful and let's go through the exercise. Alright, so let me start sharing the audio.
Hello and welcome. Hello and welcome.
Is it all even?
Confidence meditation.
Okay, let's get started.
Take a moment to find a comfortable seat or lie down. You can also listen to this standing up. I invite you to connect with your breath. Connect with your body and connect with this present moment. Right now there is nothing that you have to do. You can let go of your to-do list. You can let go of everything you have done already today. You can let go of all the things that you still need to do today. And just allow yourself to be really present right now. Feel how good it feels to just breathe, how this breath can give you strength. It can ground you and it can give you confidence. Imagine standing up tall or sitting up tall, feeling like there is nothing that can shake you. You feel so confident, so in the zone of being exactly at the right place at the right time, knowing exactly what you have to do. Trusting that you know the answers, that you have the wisdom, that you have the knowledge that someone or your whole audience needs. You are the person people are looking up to. They're looking to you for guidance. They are respecting you. They are admiring you. But most of all, you are respecting and admiring yourself. It's this completely unshakable sense of being exactly right, knowing exactly what to do, and even when you sometimes don't know the answer or don't know what to do, knowing that this in and of itself is exactly the right thing as well. You are not meant to be perfect. You're not meant to make no mistakes. You are allowed to make mistakes, but every— even every mistake takes you further on your journey to becoming exactly the right guide for your audience. And you can feel so confident in who you are and everything you know, everything you see, everything you feel, everything that you have. And can do. That all of this is embodied in your voice as you speak. You are allowed to feel confident in yourself. Feel what this confidence feels like in your body. See what it looks like when you imagine it. Hear what it sounds like. And be completely immersed in this confidence that is yours. Continue to listen to the drums and feel the beat go through your body and make you feel more and more confident and more and more safe. With each inhale, feel the strength that you have. With each exhale, Let go of any insecurities. Just continue to breathe, feeling completely safe. And confident. Let's slowly come back to this room. To this day, to what you need to do today. Let's take one last inhale and one last exhale. I wish you a beautiful day.
All right, how did it feel? Let's start with Dr. Elka.
So actually it feels very nice, but 10 minutes is very long for a beginner to sit quiet.
Yes.
As we are visualizing along with meditating that I'm a confident storytelling person, then it becomes easier for us to do. But there were times in between where I was zoning off. So if we can start with a shorter meditation, it would be better. This is my— yeah, otherwise, otherwise it takes us to a very beautiful place where you are very safe and where very But actually you feel very nice.
Exactly. And there is a reason I wanted to take— I mean, there are meditation available for 30 minutes as well. Those are way, way longer, uh, so there is no end to the longer meditation. But in 10 minutes, a sweet spot where at times you may zone off as well. That happens with all of us, but then you can safely come back. Yeah, yeah, yeah, within the time. Awesome. Okay, Ellen, so this is your first day of StorySpark. So how was your experience?
Fantastic. Fortunately, I had a Jabra headset, so I put a headset, I came out, and the way the background music, like, you know, is playing, that was really taking me to, like, you know, completely poised, completely, like, relaxed. Yes, it is quite— I have some experience. I think 10 minutes, it's quite okay for me. I really enjoyed it. So awesome, thank you so much. It's really good.
Awesome, awesome. Venkat, how was it for you? Good morning, Haritosh. Good morning to all. Good morning. Yes, it remembers me, uh, that visualization practice and affirmation practices. Yes, so few years back I continuously, uh, doing this kind of visualization, but recent few years I didn't do. So now I am— it's remember me to do visualization practice every day. Yes, thank you, thank you. You can always restart. So awesome. So that was— we are at 6:14, so that was Day 8 of Story Spark session. Just a quick announcement, I think I've said multiple times, but I'll say it again. We'll have one more session tomorrow, which is the Day 9, and then there will be a break of about a week. During that, I will keep sharing some videos and resources, but our live sessions will resume on 24th with the mastermind session, and then we'll have the next Story Spark session after tomorrow on 25th. 5th, and this is where we'll continue this journey of building confidence and being self-aware, and then we'll move on to the next aspect. So have a great day forward, champion storytellers, confidence storytellers.
What is this? This is a— what's the name of this meditation?
I will share the link. Yes, it's a—
thank you.
It's a 10-minute video I found, and I found it very, very good, so I thought I will use this one. I'll share the link of the meditation. I will put it in the group.
Thank you so much.
You're welcome. So have a great day. As I say, keep learning, keep growing, and keep going out of your comfort zone. See you tomorrow for day 9 of Story Spark session. Take care.
Thank you. Thank you, Haritosh Srivastav.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Bye.
