The session focuses on gratitude journaling: the speakers read a set of daily gratitude statements (structured as ten journal lines beginning with gratitude to the Almighty), invite viewers to write or record their own entries (including in the Confident Storytelling Hub), and provide administrative notices — one host is traveling and the next StorySpark session resumes Monday, 25th November at 6 AM. The content is instructional/motivational in tone and encourages audience engagement.

Hi everyone, welcome to the day 9 of the StorySpark session. I am recording this video live so that you can practice the exercise that we are going to do.
And as this week is all about upgrading mindset, one of the tool that I mentioned is a tool of being grateful. And one of the tools of being grateful is writing a gratitude journal.
So today I am going to share with you the 10 journal, the 10 gratitude journal I write almost on daily basis to remind me of the things that I am grateful for. You may use this for your own reference, or you can write your own gratitude journal. The format follows is that I, I start every journal or every point by saying that I am truly grateful to the Almighty God.
For, and then I add different points with respect to my life, my family. So what I'm going to do right now is going to read my 10 gratitude journals. You can use the same ones if it is relevant and if it, if it is something that you want to do, or you can come up with your own.
What I would like you to do is at least write one or two Journal in the comment section of this video so that I know you have gone through the gratitude.
So let's start. I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for this blissful, blessed, and beautiful life I get to live. I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for a fully functioning body with the right thoughts, behaviors, and actions.
I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the nutrition, nourishment, and sleep I get to have.
I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the family, friends, and supporters who continue to stand by my side.
I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the knowledge, wisdom, and insight I get to have.
I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the places, experiences, and opportunity I get to have access to. I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the teachers, trainers, experts, mentors, and coaches I get to learn from. I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the masterminds and fellow coaches whom I get to learn and who course correct me. I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the, for all the coachees, mentees, and clients I get to 20, I get to mentor and make a difference. I am truly grateful to the Almighty God for all the wealth received, which allows me to experience abundance, freedom, and ability to make contribution to the society. Thank you so much.
So this is my gratitude journal, which I practice on very, very regular basis. What is your gratitude? What are the things that you are grateful for? Write down in the comments, or if you're part of the Confident Storytelling Hub, I would love for you to either record a video or an audio or put it in the section as a comment. And this is an announcement for the, again, the members of the Confident Storytelling Hub.
I am traveling for next one week, So our next StorySpark session will resume from next Monday, which is going to be 25th of November. So for the next 1 week or so, from 17th to 24th, please practice all the, all the things that we have done already.
I will keep sharing some nuggets in our group as well. Do practice what you have learned.
So our next session will be— next StorySpark session will be on 25th of November, Monday at 6 AM. I'll see you until then.
And as I say every time, until next time, keep learning, keep growing, and keep going out of your comfort zone. Story power to you all.
