Creators struggle with their first video because of imposter syndrome and perfectionism, not technical problems. Self-trust and self-acceptance matter more than improvement. Comparison kills progress.
And I'm also not surprised because this is the pattern that I've been noticing, uh, for most other people. The first video is the most difficult one and they will have a lot of imposter syndrome, lot of, uh, self-trust issues, if I may say that. Yeah, I'm not good enough, this is not looking good, this is not perfect. And going from there to also accepting— do you agree that you have become more, uh, self-accepting by going through this process?
Yes, yes, I'm accepting myself now. I'm happy with myself. I'm happy with my growth. That is the most important things to me.
And like you said, this is the most important thing, that developing self-trust, accepting who we are. And then of course there's always a scope of improvement, areas of improvement, but When we get into that comparison trap is where we, we kind of lose these battles.
