The Magical Box | Aafiya Sheikh | CSH Kid Storyteller

In this short children’s storytelling video, a 7‑year‑old narrator (Speaker A) introduces herself, mentions her age, school grade, favorite color, and love for crafts, then launches into an original fable titled “The Magical Box.” The story follows a diligent farmer who discovers a wooden box that multiplies whatever he puts inside – first flour, then rice – bringing him joy. A greedy man later steals the box, hoping to multiply money, but the box makes the money disappear, illustrating the consequences of greed. The narrator concludes with the moral: “Don’t be jealous of someone else’s success; work hard and your own success will come.” A second speaker (Speaker B) prompts the audience to repeat the moral, and the child repeats it, reinforcing the lesson. The video’s purpose is to entertain and teach children the value of hard work over jealousy and greed.
