This was an experiment that I did and I put it as status in my WhatsApp asking people if they would be interested to see the live unboxing of the Blue Yeti microphone. So here it is. Thank you so much for you joining or watching it later. Thank you so much. Thank you. This was my experiment, so thank you so much. So here I am doing the unboxing. As you can see, this is a Blue Yeti microphone. It's the Blue Blue Yeti. Though the brand is called Blue Yeti and this is blue in color, so it's the Blue Blue Yeti, and it costed me about £119, so roughly about ₹11,000. And yeah, it comes in a big— and it is quite bulky as well. And you can see there's a lot of, lot of information on that, including what is the cardinal, what are the different patterns, what are the different sources. I have not opened it yet, so I'm gonna do it now. So let's see. Okay, I'm very bad at opening the gift, so I believe it has this. All right, here goes this. So as you can see, this is the Blue Blue Yeti. And yeah, lot of information about what exactly is Yeti, which means, uh, legendary or incredible. Okay, I didn't know that. All the different versions for different views. And yeah, lot of information in that card, what to be done, what is not to be done. Okay, so here is all the information about what are the different controls. You have your mute button, master button, you have the stand and everything. So now let's move on to— and I have not yet opened. I've seen a lot of videos where people open and then they say they are doing unboxing, but let me try to open it now. Okay, got the knife at least. Okay, I didn't want to use knife, but I think I might have to use that. Okay, so you can see it's pretty heavy. Okay, the box is now open, so we are officially doing the unboxing now. All right, let's see. So there is a— okay, so there is a box inside the box. Let's see, it's a white box and we have another thing which needs to be open, so Okay, cool. All right, so as you can see, there is a top where you have all the cord. Let's open it out. So this is the cable which will go below the actual Yeti microphone, and then you have Okay, so this is the instruction manual. Now I don't know about you guys, but I was always fascinated with the instruction manual, even though I might not go do now, but I will definitely go through it. And that's one of the reason that most of the times I will know features where others might not know. So definitely recommended to go through instruction manual in full of anything that you do. Lot of time you will find more value when you go through that. So it's pretty good instruction manual. It has got about, wow, 47 pages. I'll have to book some time for that. Okay, I'm not gonna do now. And then there's— is this a warranty card? Let's see. This is a big paper, looks like some safety instructions or something. Yeah, this is important safety compliance and warranty information. Okay, we'll probably not go through that. That's pretty big. Okay, so then we have this box coming up, and there it is. Can you see? There it is, the actual microphone, the Blue Yeti. Let me try to pull it. Wow, that's heavy. Oops, it's definitely heavy. Let me put the box on the other side. So now here it is, the Blue Yeti microphone. I hope you can see, and this is how it is supposed to be. You have these two to actually tighten. Let me just put it down. Yeah, okay. So I hope you can, you can see that. So this is where you will speak. You are not supposed to speak from top, but you are supposed to speak in front of it. And you can see there is mute button, so you can actually mute when you're speaking. And these are for the volume, so you can actually increase or decrease the volume. And then on the back side of this is the different gain. Do you want it to be sensitive or do you want to be less sensitive? So you can increase the gain. And then you have different patterns. So a pattern could be that you want to be the single person, you want to do podcasting, or you want to do surrounding. So I'm gonna do that experiment. So I think this is how it should be. Let me see if I can open the cable as well. This is a cable. One portion of it will go down the microphone. Okay, so this portion of it will go down to this I believe. Yes. Okay. And this portion, which is the USB, is going to get into this. I'm not gonna put that now because my camera is connected and I might need to have a USB hub to get that. But this was the unboxing. And as I shared in my last live video as well, that From year 2021, I am seriously looking into having my own podcast. So this was my own birthday gift.
