Awesome. So we are live on YouTube. So for those of you who are joining us on YouTube, you can join us in celebrating our video confidence challenge finisher. For those who do not know, in our community, we ran a 21-day video confidence challenge where the members were given 21 different prompts challenges to create video on, and we have 11 members who have already completed this. So now we are going to share their certificate of completion. We're gonna cheer for them, and we're gonna hear from them in about 1 to 2 minutes about their journey. So let me first share— yes, let's do that. One of the participants need to leave, so— okay, give me a second. So I am going to first First of all, bring Dinesh Wadhwa because he need to go. So here you go. Let's everybody unmute and congratulate Dinesh Wadhwa for completing the 21-day video confidence challenge. Your journey is inspiring. So please start your video. I'm gonna add you to spotlight and tell us about your journey, how your journey has been. So let me add you to the spotlight. So yes, you are there. Dinesh, tell us about your journey in 1 to 2 minutes.
Yeah, thanks Haritosh Srivastav for giving me this opportunity. I'll say this was totally a turnaround for me, a life-changing which I never thought about. Like I was always living in my cave, I think not coming out of it. These things are not meant for me. And I don't know, with God's grace I got connected to you and then things started, uh, but I don't know, there was a different aura after connecting, uh, with this community. Like while making first video also, I never felt fear, ki why I'm making it, why should I do it. Like this, this was my type earlier, but yeah, there is a, there is a positivity in this community group when I got connected to it and then I myself got the courage to start working on it and start making a video. Even though initially I was— the time I got connected, this conference started, video conference started. I was out of Delhi during those days, so I started on 5th day or so. But I was seeing the videos of people coming in. That actually gave me courage and confidence. Yes, nothing is impossible. You can also do it. So when I started doing it and moving forward, Yeah, it was totally fun. And actually, I'll say video content, making the videos was simple, like nothing new was happening. But while doing that, while thinking about it, there are many things which are coming up in your mind. Many, uh, like, uh, missing dots were there in your mind which you never thought about. Yeah, these things can also be thought about. As I conveyed to you earlier, like, I'm thinking to write a book and I started working on it. So these ways, there are many other things which are coming in mind. Why not I can try this? Why not I should do that? And that's a different— there's a different aura within me, I'll say.
Excellent job! And as I said earlier, we are so proud of your journey. We are so proud of what you achieved. So congratulations! And everybody write SPDY, Story Power To You. I know you have to leave. So first of all, thank you once again. And yes, watch out for the next updates as we progress.
Sure, sure. Thank you.
So that was Mr. Dinesh Wadhwa. Thank you so much. Let's go to the next person. So next person who completed this challenge, who I'm going to bring in here is— and the suspense continues— is none other than Somebody who is very diligent, who has been— no, sometimes he has this, what do you call, Swedish/British dark humor. But jokes apart, he's an inspiration for the group. He keeps on bringing new knowledge, new insights. So congratulations, Prem Anand! Let's all unmute and clap for Prem for completing this video confidence challenge. Awesome. So yes, Prem, tell us about your journey. I'm going to add you to spotlight. Go ahead, unmute yourself, and we want to hear from you.
Yeah.
Yes. Thank you.
Thank you, Haritosh Srivastav, and thanks all to have been so actively participating and encouraging everyone and learning together. When you practically do it, you see the challenges, and when you are— when you get into it, you address it and you learn and you come out. So that's what has happened for me, and a lot of things The perspectives, for example, some of the exercises were quite relevant, I think, for people who wanted to go online and wanted to do things online. So that was also a good exercise for them. It was like a double, double dipper bonus kind of. So it gave me some thoughts about certain things which I was doing. So in doing so, we— I learned how, and I learned to think also in that perspective. It was a good experience, and it was also because we were on holiday most of the time. I think 10 days we were there. It gave something, some activity to do on a regular basis for my wife and me, myself together. So it kept us going. Uh, um, yes, um, I mean, I'm— Dinesh and Abu and everybody has told already, uh, what they have gained out of this. And thank you, Haritosh Srivastav, for organizing and getting this going. I really see, uh, the momentum building up, and you also being so innovative, uh, in getting to get people to engage in this, and you're making it such a big, um, like for example now, whoever has participated, making such a reward and an activity which they go together. This is brilliant, and this gives meaning for us to be here. Thank you very much.
Thank you so much. Yeah, actually I want to add meaning to all of you who are part of this Confidence Storytelling Hub, and you have trusted me, and I want to make sure that your trust is rewarded for that. So thank you so much, Prem. As I already said, your journey has been inspirational, and we all really love your satire at times. So keep doing that. It's fun to have a good sense of humor. So we are really looking forward to more of that, and congratulations once again. So thank you. Now let's move on to the third person. So the third person who's completed this challenge, I know her journey has been— she's tried this few times, she wasn't able to do, but I love her determination this particular time. She ensured that even though she was having longer breaks in between, she ensured that she completes the challenge well in time and is here already all set to shine. So congratulations, Vandana Badariya ji, congratulations to you. Let's everybody unmute and clap for Vanda ji. Congratulations! Your journey is very, very inspiring, and it's time for you to shine. So go ahead and tell us about your journey, your story.
I really loved this challenge, and before also attended many sessions, and the storytelling, uh, session was also there. Since at that time also I wanted to share stories, but I could not even start it, but But this time I could completed it not only with your guidance and support, with your encouragement, Haritosh Srivastav, but with the— when we see other members sharing their videos, with that, those videos also we are getting motivated. And it was really a great challenge. Thank you so much. And I believe with this I can share more videos now.
Yes, you can. Yes, definitely. And you have been sharing that, and that is why you're here. So congratulations to you once again. And everybody type story power to you, SPTY, as we say in the group. SPTY to Vannaji. Now let's move on to the fourth member. The member is somebody who has been there probably less than one, one and a half months. She can correct me. She has been again an inspiration to many. She herself is a coach and she has been working on this challenge. And what I loved was her vulnerability because all of us have all these feathers that we want to show in front of the world that I am so and so, I have done so much and all. But it's only very few people who are able to show their vulnerability that yes, this is something that I'm working upon, this is something that I really want to grow. So that is why I want to comment that. So the next person who has completed the challenge and who's ready to share her journey is none other than Sweta Gupta. So congratulations, Sweta! Uh, everybody unmute and clap for Sweta. Great job! And yes, tell us about your journey.
Thank you so much, Haritosh, first of all. And yeah, I recently joined your community. And thank you so much for giving me this opportunity, first of all, for this challenge and joining the community also, because I was thinking since long time but I was not taking that action. And when I took this action, I got into this challenge. You started this challenge, which is, uh, I mean, it was a— it brought something different in me. I was not consistent before I used to post the text content but not the video content very often. So with this, I got the confidence that I can create videos consistently, and I was also able to create long-form videos. I was only focusing on the short-form videos before, but after this, I was able to create videos and I was not worrying much about how is the video. So I was just creating it once and I was just posting it. So that confidence I've got now that I need not think so much. Otherwise, for just one video creation, we take so much of time. 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours goes like that only. So we need not do that. So that's what I, uh, got that confidence and I'll keep on continuing that. And now I have taken one more challenge to post for 30 days on Insta and YouTube. So let's see how it goes. But yeah, it was really a game changer for me, and thank you so much for that. And everyone, everyone here is— everyone is very supportive and they appreciate. So really, thanks. For that, for creating such an environment.
Yes, I think, yes, you are— your journey, your story is a testament of the power of the community. And I think that I have said it many times, that another— the most important thing for me, the most thing that I treasure is the community that we have built. Over 100+ members from all major cities of India and 7+ countries This is the amazing power. So it's not about me, it's not about individual, it's about the community that we are building and, and we are making an impact to individual's journey. So thank you once again. Congratulations everybody. Type SPTY to Sweta, Story Power to You. And let's go to the next person. Now next person is very special. I know this person for almost 5 years now. And his journey is very inspirational. I have seen him really keep trying newer things, come innovative, and even in this Video Confidence Challenge, he came up with his own flavor. He not only talked about the video, but he took it to the next level of editing and how do I make more effect, how do I add subtitle, and that inspired— I know that inspired many other individuals as well. So I know most of you already know who I am going to talk about. So congratulations, Abu Sada, for another feather on your overcrowded cap. Uh, again, as I said, very amazing, inspiring personality that you are, and thank you for being part of the community. So tell us about your journey. And first of all, everybody unmute and give a clap for Abu Sada once again. You really deserve it. Yes, Abu, we are ready to hear your story.
Thank you so much, Haritosh Srivastav. I remember there is this Chinese proverb that says that if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together. And it was very nice. I love these kind of challenges. And I suppose, you know, the best part is when you are consistent in one part it's the spillover is in other parts of your life as well. So that is something that I really love. I really like how for everyone, and one of the things is the perspective, you know, it's perspective. And above all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Haritosh Srivastav. I, and that's something that I've mentioned in the past as well, that this is not the first time that Haritosh Srivastav started. This was only possible because you were consistent. There have been times when only one person showed up, where two people showed up, but the reason why this has come true is because you were consistent. And I'm sure majority of us, we would always like to cheer or support somebody who fights. So when you fight, the world will win. But the most important thing is, are you ready to fight? So thank you so much, Haritosh Srivastav. Maintaining that dashboard is not easy. You know, you made it a point. You had a lot of personal commitments as well. But the dashboard was there. Every day people could see. So, you know, whenever it is updation, you have to go back, you have to check just to ensure that you don't miss anyone. So that was very good. I personally liked listening to— for me, my favorite is— I don't know if Rajesh ji is here. There is this one—
she's crewing for her other coach's event, so she told me she won't be here. But yes, she will hear this message afterwards.
So there was this one story wherein she spoke about this little, her son and her grandmother, and she spoke in Hindi when she mentioned, 'Dadi tum jaldi se thi po jaao.' And that was like such, such, that message, and the message was so strong. It was so nice. We all know Prem. My God, every time I used to wonder, wow. First I thought that Is this background? Then I realized, oh my God, I am only using artificial intelligence. Prem is using the real intelligence. So very nice, Prem. Thank you so much for doing that. And I like the fact that it's so important. Again, I wouldn't say it's culture, but at times it's culture for us. It's very difficult for us to appreciate our family members. We are comfortable doing that at work, but it was so nice that Prem made it a point to acknowledge his wife's contribution. And that is so important. At times we take it for granted. What's the big deal? You know, it's very difficult for us. We can be nice to the entire family, uh, entire world, but it's so difficult to be nice to your own family. So, Prem sir, thank you so much for that particular, you know, ensuring that you are— you have done that. Uh, coming to Alka, Alka, man, that's— this is spirit, you know. There's this famous phrase in English that it says, the show is not stopped, this show is not over till the time I finish the song. So even if the, you know, the 21 days challenge is over, I see Alka Ma'am going ahead. And that's the thing, you know, you have to continue your journey. And whenever you start, this proverb that says, you know, the best time to plant a tree was 25 years ago, and the next best time is right now. I like the fact that Alka Ji, you continued irrespective Haritosh Srivastav's deadline. We'll start from here, you know, and that's the spirit. You should not— there are so many commitments, but coming back stronger is very nice. Nia, very interesting one. I really like your voice, Nia. I'm not sure if Nia is there. Nia, very good voice. And every time I was amazed that within whatever it is, she was trying her best to max it out. So that was very nice. So apart from that, thank you so much, Dinesh Srivastav, and everyone. The most important thing is being consistent, uh, cheering for each other, ensuring— okay, now it's 21 days. You never know, tomorrow Haritosh Srivastav will come up with 101 days. So let's be up for 101 days as well.
Thank you so much. As always, you're very inspiring. And even in your journey, you talked about everyone's journey. You gave brief summary of everyone's journey. So thank you so much. Keep doing what you do for the community. Keep doing and keep inspiring us. Keep challenging us with newer challenge, challenge on challenge. So we love that. And yes, it's the banter that makes us this journey and community beautiful. So thank you so much once again. And everybody type SPTY, Story Power To You, Abu. And let's now move on to another person. Haritosh Srivastav, who has been in the community for over a year, and I have really seen his growth in last 1, 1.5 years that has been here, really grow. And when we were talking last time, he said that he is not only doing it for himself, he is doing it for his company as well. And he took up the challenge, and he took the challenge in a way that is very inspiring for his company and for his team members as well. So many of you would have already guessed who I'm talking about, but yes, the next person who finished the challenge is Ilan Govind Rajasekhar. So Ilan, we're looking forward to hear from you.
Where are you?
Hi Haritosh, can you hear me?
Yes, we can hear you.
Yeah, it's been amazing journey for me personally in my life. Okay, uh, I owe my heartfelt thanks to you for such a fantastic initiative. It's a kind of like my lifetime turning point for me. It's really given me a lot of confidence, and I in fact also developed like a very good habit of like preparing this video and all. See, not only in our own group, even when you asked me to post it on social media, a lot of my friends come forward. They also suggested me, you know, speak this way, you speak that way.
So they also help people to make a good me.
So that was fantastic. And in fact, whatever I narrated, I narrated from my own story. So nothing I like, so I feel like great that I have a confidence, like, narrate my stories also. That's one thing. I want to thank all the group members who really like put a lot of positive points, okay, for me to like improve a lot. And I'll tell you, uh, the wonderful journey or wonderful amazing, uh, uh, thing happened to me through this journey is that I learned from all. I was observing everybody's video. In fact, particularly Abu, no, he is very innovative in terms of putting the prompt, putting the caption. So I learned from him video editing. And the way like Devoda is speaking very slowly with the voice, lot of pauses, that is also quite interesting. And these all really helped me to grow me. And the way Prem like narrated his story, so it really helped me out. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity. I owe many, many thanks to you. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Ellen. And yes, as you said, you took on additional challenge on your own, and that is the quality of a leader. So congratulations to you once again. Everybody type in Story Power to you, SPTY to Ellen. Once again, congratulations. Now we have got a few more finishers. I'm gonna take you out. Okay, so the next person who is here, and I'm waiting for her to start the video, is somebody, uh, somebody who's been part of this community for over 6 months now, if I'm not wrong. And she was one of the most consistent, uh, players, or no, participant in the last challenge, which was the 6 AM challenge. So in August— in April, we did the 6 AM challenge, and she was the most consistent one. But as life happens, in May she had a lot of travel, she had a lot of things going on. So when we did this challenge, for a long period of time she wasn't participating. But as they say, it's not over until I say it's over, like Abu said. So she took on the challenge in the last 5 days, and just created the video and shared. And that's why I, I say that she is a massive action taker. Once she puts her eyes on a goal, she just goes for it without worrying about how do it work. So yes, you guessed it right, Vandra. Dr. Alka, congratulations to you as well. Uh, you were one of the last one, but one of the very inspiring one as well. So congratulations, let's all clap for Dr. Alka. We want to hear from you. So if you are here, please unmute, and we want to hear your journey also.
So, uh, I cannot come on camera. I'm outside actually. Thank you so much, Haritosh Srivastav. And what you have said is true. I have to become more regular and more consistent. So consistency is a word that I have to bring into my life, and this, um, challenge has actually shown me that. I keep lagging behind, I keep lagging behind, and the last was yesterday. When you send a personal message to me that you have to do it, and I was so sleepy, I said, no, no, no, I have to go to sleep now. But then I said, ne koi baat nahi, let me finish one or two videos. And the beauty is that when I start making the videos, then ideas keep on coming. Like someone said that it spills over, you know, to the other parts of your life. So I think a lot of other parts of my life are also opening up. So thank you so much, each and every one of you, because you have all inspired me Shweta, Vandana, Elangan. I can't even name. Like, when I look at the videos, I say, chalo chalo, ye log sab karein, mai bhi karte hain, mai bhi karte hain. So that the community has helped me to actually make the videos. And Haritosh Srivastav, a big, big, big thank you to you for this great challenge, and I'm really grateful to you.
Thank you so much, Dr. Alka. And we are, as I said, just getting started, so just stay tuned. We are going to have many more amazing challenges in the future as well. But thank you, thank you for what you do. Thank you for the participation and taking it up. It was— it is very easy to say that, okay, it's almost time, we are done, I'll try next time, I'll try next to next time. But that one video started this whole journey, and I'm very sure you would have started seeing the difference in your video confidence. You already are great eloquent speakers, but even for that, this challenge doesn't differentiate between somebody who's starting versus somebody who's already an established speaker. It's there for everyone, and that's what all the future challenges is going to be. Now next, I want to move on to some of the members who are finishers but are unfortunately not here, so I'm going to briefly talk about them for about 30 seconds. And then what I also want to do is we have also one participant who couldn't complete, but she has then also come done around 13 to 15 videos. So we're gonna talk her as well. I want to ensure that she is also getting her dues, so we're gonna celebrate her as well. And then we're gonna do a small celebration. So next up is, uh, Somebody who is from Australia, a very senior person, Mr. Dinesh Desai, who is again one of the very consistent, uh, person who has been really challenging his status quo. He comes up with amazing ideas, with beautiful location, with great concept, with great stories. Uh, he talked about Socrates' Sutras. It was very interesting.. So he was one of the earliest adopters of this challenge, which motivated all the other members as well. So I want to acknowledge your contribution as well. So thank you so much, Dinesh Desai ji. Let's give a big round of clap and applause for Dinesh ji as well. And story power to you, Dinesh ji. Next up is somebody who has been part of this community for only some time. Again, she joined somewhere when this challenge was starting. I think she was midway. She has joined us from UK. Uh, Deborah, it's inspirational to see your videos as well. You have also taken up— so you started slow, you took your time to understand what this challenge is and how you can do it. But once you got the grasp of it, You really took it off and you were one of the top 5s, if I'm not wrong, in the challenge. So congratulations to you as well, Story Powered. You have been a great, great finisher and wishing you all the best. And next up is our regular, I should say, uh, somebody who has been part of the community for last about 2.5 to 3 years. Participated in many challenges, actually one of the first ones to finish any of the challenges that we used to do, and very inspirational. She couldn't join today, but I know she is making an impact where she is, is accruing for her another course event, and our best wishes to her. And it's inspirational to see her journey, uh, to see how she not only cares about her own life, her own family, but is always thinking about how can the community become better, how we can take it to the next level. So congratulations, Rajesh Ahuja. And last but not the least, our official facilitator, somebody who joins us from Japan sometime at weird times as well. And this time I know he's going through certain personal challenges as well. He's going through some personal transition. Even then, he made sure that he's completing the challenge. So even when he's going through some phase of his life, which I choose not to disclose to respect his privacy, but then also he's been inspiring, he's been diligently giving feedback to members, and also being a role model by creating and sharing the video. So let's give a big round of applause to Venkat Ramanshi, or Venkat as we say. Congratulations, Venkat, and story power to you as well. As I said earlier, we had 11 members who have completed this challenge. So I'm gonna just show up one more time the live dashboard that you would have heard many times. This is the live dashboard that we did in this particular challenge, and the person whose lines are in green are the one who are qualified. But as you can see, there is one person who was halfway there. And for me, it is as important as rewarding the finisher. It is also very, very important to acknowledge somebody who have taken action. Somebody, I think the number would be 14 or more because it was taken about 6:30 PM today. I want to really acknowledge her. It's not easy to create videos. So Neha, if you are here, we want to hear from you as well. So Neha, if you're here— Neha, career coach Neha Seth.
Yes, yes, I'm here.
So please come on video. We want to acknowledge your journey as well. I'm adding you to spotlight and tell us about We know you couldn't finish the challenge, but you were almost there. You did, I think, 14 or 15 videos. So tell us about your journey and your experience. We want to acknowledge that as well.
So the journey was very, um, so initially I felt like, um, it's very challenging, uh, because I have to learn or mug up all the script and everything. And, um, I just started it, and the moment it went, like, now I'm very confident on telling the story. And the last video I recorded is, um, and Shah Rukh Khan of storyteller. So that was a challenge. So, so the whole journey is beautiful because you come up with, like, like I said earlier also, you come up with real discoveries that yes, you can do this. Yes, you can do this as well. So that is, that is the kind of thing I discovered. And not only this, I worked on, on my voice modulations, where to take a pause and everything. So The whole journey is very nice, and of course the community is so good, and everyone cheers up for each other, so they all uplift each other. I really liked everyone else's videos as well. Like, I, I, uh, was very inspired by Abu's videos. Uh, I wanted to just replicate what, what kind of energy he's bringing in. And then I saw Prem's, uh, backdrop was absolutely amazing. So everyone's videos were very nice. Even Shweta's too. So, uh, thank you for, uh, this challenge, Haritosh Srivastav. Despite I could not complete, but then yes, I believe that, um, I learned a lot. So I learned, uh, the purpose of joining this community and joining you was, uh, storytelling and telling it in a flow or in an interesting way so that people get to know what really I'm communicating. Though I felt like, yes, I know everything, but then there was a hitch inside, uh, there was that, um, that what do you call, good, good heart, or what do you call, that fear inside.
Yes.
So yeah, so I felt very good. I am just hopeful that the challenges still goes on for the new members too, and I participate still there and learn every each new day. I learn a new thing.
Absolutely. And yes, your journey is equally inspirational. So everybody, please unmute and Give a big round of applause to Neha as well for participating and being part of this journey. So congratulations to you as well. And yes, as you said, we will be having challenges, next round of challenges. And people who have been there in the community knows that, that I keep coming up with some or other challenge and some or other ways to reward the members. So you will have plenty of opportunities to do that. So I'm now going to stop the live streaming that we are having on YouTube and for rest of the things we are going
