Communication skills won't improve through training alone. You need personal investment and coachability. Without taking ownership and seeking practice opportunities, no program will make you a better speaker.
Nobody except you is responsible for your communication growth. I know a lot of working professionals, a lot of students feel that their company, their college need to groom them, need to make them go through the communication classes, and many of them actually do. But you don't see any growth, you don't see any improvement because you are not interested and invested in that. So if you're not interested, there's no cure. If you're not coachable, there's no cure. So the only person who's responsible for your communication growth is you, you yourself. Once you take that ownership, you can take action, you can find avenues, you can practice, and you can become a confident speaker and storyteller.
