Founders trying to please everyone end up trapped and burned out. Pick your specific customer, ignore the rest, and build something they actually need. That's how you grow without breaking.

Here is one thing that can help you get a lot of joy and a lot of satisfaction in your business. The truth is, not everybody is your customer and you are not for everyone. You see, especially the new generation founder, they feel that they need to serve everyone. And the moment they get one harsh feedback, your product sucks, this is way too costly, this is not good, they feel trapped. But you have to understand, that you are not for everyone and not everyone is your customer. So the further you want to go in the business, the more you need to refine and get to the right segment at the right time with the right product. When you do that, you don't have to get into the trap of serving everybody all the time, because this will make your business sustainable and grow at multifold.
