Your vibe attracts your tribe. Yes, this is phrase used by my mentor, and I didn't know initially what does that mean until when I started building my own community, and I could notice a pattern that these were like-minded individuals. Of course, they were individuals, they had their own background, their own unique thing, but all of them were there for a purpose, were there for growth, was there to support each other. And that's when this belief became a line for me, that your vibe attracts your tribe. If you are growing, you'll attract people who are having growth mindset. If you are having self-doubt, you'll attract people who are having self-doubt. So the choice is yours. It is all about the inner game. So before the outer game, think about your inner game.
