In this personal testimony, the speaker recounts growing up as an atheist with no religious reference, then embarking on a path of self‑awareness through life coaching, meditation, and New Age practices such as tarot, crystals, and psychedelics. While seeking truth, she experiences an overwhelming sense of love while brushing her teeth, which she later connects to a prayer offered by a lifelong Christian friend. A second pivotal moment occurs when she watches a Christian friend’s Instagram testimony that challenges her to worship the Creator rather than creation, prompting an identity crisis. After another prayer from the same friend, she feels a profound peace and recognizes it as Jesus. This leads to a rapid conversion: she begins sharing her new faith, meets her husband shortly after praying a simple one‑sentence prayer, and has now lived as a Christian for over three years. She records the video to plant a seed for seekers, to water those on the edge, and to encourage believers to share their stories, emphasizing that personal testimony can impact others in unexpected ways.

I grew up an atheist, and so I didn't really have any reference when it comes to religion or Jesus for that matter. Of course, I knew who he was. It just didn't really resonate. A friend of mine actually recommended a book that changed my entire life. After I read the book, I became more aware about traumas and your thoughts, how everything you believe, especially from childhood, runs how you show up today. There's really a lot of awareness from There, I worked with a life coach for a year, which was life-changing. I also really fell in love with meditation. I became a certified meditation instructor. I guided people for three years in VR. Actually, I also dove deeper into New Age practices. So I started dabbling with tarot, oracle cards, loved crystals. I have fifty crystals. Always wore my crystals. I also did ayahuasca. I did combo psychedelics. You you name it. I've Likely tried it. Really at the heart of it, I was just seeking. I was seeking what was true. Part of the excitement in the New Age is that there's so many things to try. Then I experienced overwhelming love in my bathroom brushing my teeth. I was not on any substances and it was just so overwhelming. I just felt this love. The next day I actually texted a friend. He's been a Christian his whole life. He never pushed it on me. And so I really trusted him. And so we chatted and I shared with him that experience of just overwhelming love. He kind of freaked out. He's like, wait, I prayed for you. And I'm like, what do you mean prayed for me? He's like, yeah, his grandmother passed away, so he was praying for her. And in a dream, he had the message that instead of praying for his grandmother, he should pray for someone he cares about to come to Christ. He prayed for me. I felt that overwhelming love. At the time, I wasn't ready to hear that this was a message from God, from Jesus, although I did. It did, like, it felt good. Someone's praying for me. That was really cool. But my practice at the time was more gratitude towards the universe. And so this idea of a God existing and being and coming down as Jesus, it just didn't, it didn't resonate at that time. I think it was, it was 2023. I was going through a lot of transition and just trying to figure out where I wanted to go with my life. I had a friend, her and I used to record meditations together. I saw her Instagram, she deleted everything. The only post she left up was her testimony. I didn't even know what a testimony was, so I clicked on it, I listened to it because she's a friend, and I, I think I was just more open to hearing her testimony because I highly respected her. The number one thing that stood out to me is that instead of worshiping creation, Why don't we worship our Creator? That question about universe, who created the universe, and that really, really, really resonated. It just kind of put me in an identity crisis. What is true? What is not true? I don't know what to believe. How do I move forward? I called my friend again who's Christian. I was chatting with him. I can tell he was excited. I was just like overwhelmed. He asked me if he could pray for me. This was over the phone. So he prayed for me. The very next day, I used to ride my bike to work. I felt that overwhelming love and joy and just peace. I knew it was Jesus. I felt it. It's almost like I had the— I didn't hear an audible voice, but I heard it in my head and it was just so, so powerful. I was like telling people, Jesus is real. Do you know Jesus is real? I can't imagine what was going through my coworker's head, me running around like that, because keep in mind, I was the person who had crystals on her desk I would pull cards for my coworkers. Um, I even burnt sage, which got reported to HR. I, I really felt like I was the, the wellness guru in, in the space. And now here I am talking about Jesus. It was very unexpected. It was definitely an interesting first year of just trying to understand what it meant to be a Christian. It just took some time to really understand and deepen my relationship and what that would look like in my life. That same person whose testimony I saw, I was following her journey. She got engaged shortly after becoming a Christian. I asked her, 'cause in New Age you manifest, you write a whole list of all the qualities you want and what you wanna call in. She told me that she prayed one prayer. Her prayer was, God, he must come through you. And I was like, what? One sentence? No specifications? I prayed that prayer. I met my husband about 2, 3 months after that. It's been a wild ride. I've been a Christian now for a little over 3 years. Really, the reason I'm recording this is because I just wanted to share my testimony. I had a few people ask me. I realized I never really put it out there. I've seen so many testimonies. They have really deepened my faith. That is my purpose with this, is to plant a seed if you've never considered Jesus and to water the seed if you're kind of like on the edge, to share with other believers that it's important to share your story. You don't know who it can reach. You don't know who it can impact. This is This is my story. I appreciate you listening. Jesus loves you.
