In this brief advisory video, the A.I. Counselor urges University of California applicants not to rely on artificial intelligence to draft their personal statements. The counselor explains that the personal statement must sound uniquely like the applicant, reflecting experiences only they have lived. The message emphasizes embracing one’s own voice and authenticity rather than using AI tools.
