Now, Richard Vanderbloem, one of the best LinkedIn gurus on LinkedIn, Richard Vanderbloem. He has an algorithm report every year, and this is the latest findings. He says consistency in posting matters. Aim for at least 2 posts per week. With my clients, I do 3. That's okay. At least we're doing 2, 2 posts per week for your personal profile. 12 to 20 lines works very well with a strong hook. If you ever know how to do a hook, again, you can find that or use AI to create a hook. The longer posts maintain engagement through added depth and readability. Make it easier for people to read. You'll see a lot of my posts, there's a lot of white space between the lines. That's intentional to make it easy on the eye to read. Tags and mentions enhance visibility. So tag someone you like, someone you, you admire, but be careful who you tag and don't use it too much.
