You don't need money to start in real estate. Find a mentor willing to teach you for a fee, and begin young. CJ's program has 18-year-olds who already own 2 to 4 properties.

It shows you guys character and integrity, and I pray that you guys keep doing what you're doing and inspire people like myself. So let me ask y'all, man, before we just— one last nugget for anybody that's trying to do what you guys doing on the level that you're doing it right now.
Uh, I would say, CJ, is you don't have to be born with money. You don't have to have a lot of cash or credit. You do need to find a mentor. Right? You need to learn that specialized knowledge, right? It was— when we got to the business, it wasn't many people that look like us that we could look to for information. Luckily, we did find a mentor that looked like us. He owned hundreds of properties, he flipped hundreds of properties. We invested in paying him to mentor us. And so I would say find a mentor and you can start with from zero and make it happen.
For me, I would definitely say a lot of people will say, hey, I'm gonna wait until I save up some money, I'm gonna wait until this, I'm gonna wait until I am 25. If I would have known what I know now, even at 18 with my mindset, because I was all about having— I had my first business at 18. So think about all of us who started working at 16, 17, 18. If we would have known then what we know now.
