So that's when I decided to write the book. And, and if a person reads the book or gets the book or looks on any of my stuff on my website as a free PDF, how to start, there's videos with exercises, right? There's lots of ways, um, to think about it. But what the book does is about 3 things. It explains just the process, like what is art journaling. It's not about creating art. It gets through my story and how I used it for major life transitions and really processing difficult emotions, taking risks, really tapping into that inner wisdom I believe we all have. Why it's good for our mental health, why adults spending some time in play and working on problems with creativity is so important for us. So those are the 3 things that you get when you read the book.
