this is possible. There's been so many blocks and everybody has them. Like, there have been blocks for finances. There's been a block even moving out to this lake house. That was a huge, huge one for me, but they keep on shattering. So there has been— when I went out to see my friend at her spot on the lake. And I was just talking to her and saying, oh, this is beautiful, it's always been my dream, like, oh, this is just something that I think financially that I wouldn't be able to handle. And then she told me how much her place costs, and it was less than the duplex that I owned in the city. Now, my block came from living in Ontario and knowing that every house that's on the water is at least $1 million. So my block was I cannot afford a house on the lake. But meanwhile, after talking with her, it's, this is a possibility. And within 2 months I was, I was moving into my house. So it's, it is. And sometimes it's like a shatter as well, because you can actually hear the window shattering and it's like, wait a second. Are you serious? This, this is possible.
