This is so, Chris, would you leave us on a positive note? Give us your final thoughts, something that you would like to share with the audience that you would like for us to take away from this altogether.
Well, I think what I want to say is that the natural world is such an amazing, beautiful, humbling place. And I think it's really helpful, even if we're in the middle of a city, to find a little natural patch and go watch birds and go and get Get a sense of what the wild is like, because I think as human beings, we're naturally drawn to that, and it makes us a little stronger to stay connected. So I would say stay connected, you know, sit out on your back stoop, get a little uncomfortable for 20 minutes every day and see how that gives you some verve.
