Dom Brightmon suggests keeping a victory log for 90 days, writing down every win no matter how small, from waking up on time to landing a major opportunity. Reviewing it on hard days gives you proof you're winning and helps kill self-doubt.

We know that negativity and self-doubt hold so many people back from going after that dream. What advice do you have for those struggling with limiting beliefs?
One of the major things is to really create something I like to call a victory log. Some call it a victory journal. Heck, I even read it somewhere in the book where some call it a Hall of Fame mile, where you basically keep track of all of your past wins, and for the next 90 days you just write down all all your wins. Okay, waking up for the day, that's a win. Getting to work on time, that's a win. Getting an interview slot on the CJ Moneyway Show, that's a freaking huge win. Like, tracking all your wins down in your victory log and then going back every now and then periodically and checking out your wins over time, so that way you'll basically have physical proof that you are a winner. Because the thing is, some things take time, and with this journey of life that we're on, there's going to be some days where you're going to be feeling down, but If you got that journal of proof, that victory log, that, hey, there's some wins that I've had that I'm very grateful for. That way you can create even more wins on your life. So count your victories and focus on the wins. Don't focus on what you don't have. Focus on what you do have.
