That is how I'm going to make the biggest impact in this profession by bringing in good clinicians as applicants, by inspiring people to go into this field, by forming this ability to network and connect people with my role models within the ANA that have done so many amazing things and need to be kind of more on the stage in the eyes of these aspiring nurse anesthetists. That is my role. And that is largely what I wanna do with the CRNA Mentor Podcast is to bring these individuals I've connected with that can serve you, that are going to be that spark that you need.
