First thing we're going to do is weigh our foam. 7.04 grams. Write down on my sheet. Now we're going to take our volume. 1.5 cubic feet. Which comes in at 240 milliliters. So our calculations are 7.04 divided by 240 milliliters times 1,000 divided by 16 equals 1.83, which is a good density for your 2-pound foam.
