Two Simons from Beyond's concrete lifting division talk about their roles and team culture. Simon A values the company's hiring process and supportive colleagues, while Simon B gives him a friendly compliment and fist bump.
Try and get loosey-goosey. I feel like a movie star. I'm Simon and I work for the concrete lifting division at Beyond.

We specialize in lifting concrete and void filling. Something that people might not know about me is I, I love working With the people that we have here, I feel like they've taken a lot of time and care about who they pick and the type of people that they pick. And then together, that means that you end up working with some great people, you know.
You're a natural behind the camera, I'll give you that. Fist bump.
Thank you.
