My name is Justin. I'm an estimator with Beyond Insulation. Something people don't know about me is I actually do some online gaming with NHL, and I'm in Division 3, which only 5% of the world is in that division, so don't move.
Yo, what is up everybody?
So why I love working at Beyond is definitely the opportunity for growth. Um, I think the story would be my story and a couple other guys as well, but for myself, I started here with no experience in insulation. I worked my way up from a helper to a lead sprayer and ultimately to an estimator now. So definitely the growth and opportunity. Favorite project? I've been on a lot. I would say my favorite project is any project we get a 5-star review on. Ultimately, if the client's happy, we did a great job, we created a warm space and a happy person, that's, that's my favorite job. How did I get to Beyond? I think I just applied through Indeed, so I applied for numerous jobs online. I seen an advertisement for Beyond Foam spray foam insulation. Thought it sounded cool. I've seen videos online of people spray foaming. Decided to apply, and then I think I started the next week.
What's something you nerd out on?
Something I nerd out on is definitely Ultimate Fighting Championship. I watch every event. I haven't missed one in over 10 years. Favorite moment is probably McGregor. It was a counter, so Aldo threw a punch, McGregor slipped back, and threw an overhand right and just KO'd him. Yeah, it was like 7 seconds into the fight. His move is not wrestling.
