Hey Jesse, I am heading down to the spray foam conference this weekend down in the States, and while I'm gone, I need you to lock in a few things for the socials. Okay, first, I really need you to push the foam this week. I want people seeing foam everywhere. Get it moving, really drive the foam hard. I need you to focus on the thickness. Make sure you're checking the thickness. I want to see the real depth. Now for roofing, I need you to show me the pitch this week. Really show me the pitch, the guys using the pitch of the roof. Show us what the clients are expecting with the pitch, what everything's gonna look like when it's done.
Are you sure this is what we're supposed to be doing?
Don't forget the flashing. People need to see the flashing. Get it out there, really show it off. And for concrete lifting, I want you to get some content of the guys doing some really big lifting. Really raising things up. Show the rise, show the lift, make it dramatic. If you have any questions, just put your heads together with the rest of the leadership team. You know, I want you to just keep things really professional this week. Keep it very serious, keep it polished, no silly stuff. Okay? Awesome. Talk to you later, buddy. Bye. Bye.
