Hi, my name is Natasha. I am the spray foam and loose-fill insulation scheduler here for Beyond Group, and this is my employee spotlight.
So tell me something few people know about you.
Oh yeah, um, so a lot of people don't know that I actually have, uh, 2 little body positive tattoos on my back, um, that I just love because it just brings representation that I didn't have when I was younger. So yeah, I love working for Beyond because we're not just numbers or names, we're people. Our bosses actually really care about us. Our employees actually care about each other. I don't think I've had a single bad day coming into work. I'm almost at 2 years here at Beyond, and I do not see myself leaving anytime soon.
You're not in the field, but do you have a favorite project that you've been a part of in scheduling, or?
Yeah, favorite project that I've scheduled, actually one that we're doing recently for a client. We like to give options for our clients, and our client chose an option that they felt was best for them at the time, and turns out it's not a good option for them, and we're actually working with them to make it better. So we're giving some materials and some time away to be able to do that, and it actually makes me feel really proud that as a company, we don't just wipe our hands clear with our customers. We'll do whatever we can to make it better for you. I got into scheduling, I started as a dispatcher, and I worked in transportation for almost 15 years, and then I dabbled a little bit in plumbing, and then I didn't want to do dispatch anymore, and I wanted something that was a little less stress, so then I saw the ad for Beyond, and I applied, and Yeah, they took a chance on me and I've been happy ever since. One thing outside of work that I nerd out on, Lord of the Rings. My car is named the White Wizard and I have a saying that, you know, not every day gives you a Balrog, but sometimes that Balrog shall not pass.
