A Beyond Roofing crew member explains why they prefer working there: no yelling, a friendly atmosphere, and the chance to do torch-on re-roofs like the Abraham M. job, where they strip and install entire roofs.
What do you love about working at Beyond? Well, I come from a work culture where people are yelling and screaming at each other. So I like the fact that everybody that I've been talking to have been really nice to me and they've all been really easygoing. Haven't been yelled at once yet. And what's your favorite project? It would have to be the Abraham M. It's a torch-on job, and that's what I'm most comfortable with is re-roofs, is ripping an entire roof Stuff off and then replacing it. So that's, that's what I, I'm used to.
