Hi, I'm Curt from Beyond, and these are our Most Trusted Advisors. All right, I'm here with Adam Mowat. He is going to help me with a question that I have for him. The question today is, what are the services that we provided to our clients in 2025 that were kind of the most trusted?
There's 2 that kind of lead the way there, and they're both attics. One is just an attic top-up, and the other one is an attic hybrid.
Beautiful. So attic top-up, briefly explain what does that mean?
Attic top-up, really we're just adding more insulation R-value to your attic while maintaining or improving airflow.
Beautiful. So just kind of, you already had a blown-in insulation, adding more blown-in insulation.
Essentially.
Beautiful. Now the Attic Hybrid is our Cadillac. Explain to our viewers what that means.
Attic Hybrid is kind of a 3-stage thing. One, we remove all your current insulation. 2, we put down a layer of spray foam insulation to act as your new vapor barrier to separate conditioned house air from unconditioned attic air. On top of that, we add our blown-in fiberglass or blown-in cellulose depending on the house, maintain airflow, insulate your attic hatch, and completely seal things off there.
That's awesome. Great explanation. Well, if you like this content, we ask that you like and subscribe. Helps us create more videos exactly like this to help our community out. Have a good one.
