Ryan from Beyond walks through three protective coating projects: fixing rust on a wastewater tank, replacing a deteriorating liner at an oil facility in Grand Prairie, and sealing a leaking lagoon under a Calgary amusement park ride. Each job prevented major damage and extended equipment life.
Hi, I'm Curt from Beyond, and these are our most trusted advisors.
Hey there, I am here with Ryan. Ryan is our coatings expert, and not garage coatings, kind of industrial commercial type, real cool projects. And I want to ask him, what is some of the projects that people trusted us with in 2025?
So we've done some wastewater treatment stuff, some secondary containments up in the oil fields, and then a really cool concrete protection for an amusement Amusement park here.
So if you're in Calgary and you're kind of going to some parks, you might see some of our work.
It's a very high possibility. That's pretty awesome.
Can you kind of just unpack just briefly the kind of 3 different projects that you just mentioned before?
Yeah, so we did a small wastewater treatment plant. They had some failing coating on a storage tank and it was starting to rust out and stuff. So we went in and we repaired that for them really easily. A secondary containment project was up in Grand Prairie at an oil battery. Their liner was failing, so we went in and put a really fancy new liner in for them. And the amusement park has a giant lagoon system underneath a ride that had no coating on it, and they were experiencing quite a bit of water loss through the concrete. So we went in and we saved them from that.
Pretty cool stuff. Well, thank you, Ryan. If you like this type of content, please like and subscribe. It helps us create more good content for people like you.
