Nailed it. Okay. Hey everybody, I am Ryan and I'm heading up Beyond Coding's division and we are super excited to get this kicked off. Something that a few people know about me, or very few people know about me, is the fact that I spend a lot of time, involved with music and I DJ quite regularly. My favorite part about working with Beyond and for Beyond is the incredible amount of talent and knowledge in each division on the upper management side and in the field. If there's ever something that anyone doesn't understand, the resources and people are there to absolutely answer any question and give any support that's needed. For example, I went out to quote a job for coating that had a roofing element involved, and typically that would be something that I'd have to walk away from because I'm a coatings guy. But we have a roofing division that's super knowledgeable that can come in and work hand in hand with us. So it's, it's a cool tool to have. Favorite coatings projects? I'd have to go and lean towards the side of underground civil infrastructure rehab. So like sewers and sanitary trunks and As opposed to like ripping them out of the ground and disrupting traffic, we can go in and do coatings on them that extend the lifecycle. And it's just a neat process. Get to see a lot of places that most people don't get to see. So originally, I started working kind of in the coatings and the spray foam field while I was still in high school. A friend's father owned a little spray foam company in Ottawa where I'm originally from, and I started spending summers working with him. And then after the high school thing, I started working for him full-time. And through spray foam, it kind of gradually led into coatings, which piqued my interest. And I just kept going from there. And then coatings inspector certificate, all sorts of different coatings all over the world. And yeah, it's been fun. It's, it's a rewarding career for sure. Something outside of work that I nerd out on is photography and research. Both things take up a lot of my time and I find them to be pretty gratifying.
