A Beyond Group employee explains why they love the job: daily chances to pursue their passion, constant new challenges, and a supportive team. They find satisfaction in both technical details and bigger projects that transform homeowners' properties into safer, more appealing spaces.
So what do I love about working at— Yeah, yeah. I love that I'm given the opportunity to do something I'm passionate about every day, and every day brings new challenges. The whole lifting team is supportive of each other. We work well as a team. What's your favorite project? Or a favorite project? A favorite project? I've done some very small ones, but they were super technical, and sometimes I get the most satisfaction out of those biggest changes. And yeah, it's satisfying. Changing, uh, the look of a house for homeowners and creating safe places.
