So I have a question for you. How do you roar? So I've been facing this dilemma. I don't have an answer, so I'm reaching out to you to see what you, the community, think. Especially for those that know me well, is I've always been a lover, not a fighter. That's who I am. That's who Cynthia Fortlage is. A Lover, Not a Fighter. And what I found is in doing the deep work is that I've come across some, what I would simply describe, anger, um, that I want to let out. I want to let it go. And I want to roar. I don't know why that's what I think is I need to roar. Now it's a little weird. You can kind of see it's a very densely populated area. I have the beautiful park that I just shot a video earlier that you may have seen a couple of weeks ago. But the reality is, is I want to know, how do you roar? So if you're like me and you're a lover, not a fighter, what do you do when you get that pent-up anger that you just want to scream at the world? You don't want to do anything to anyone. Or anything. You just want to let it out so it's not bottled up inside here. And I want to know, what do you do as your way to roar? So for the month of October, I'm going to, where I can, pin this video and ask you to tell me in what ways do you roar. And I would love to hear your suggestions and solutions as I seek myself. And I will let you know when I find it, what my way to roar is. But right now I'm still trying to figure out how I roar. So put your comments down below and I would love to hear from you. Sending lots of love and hugs. Cheers!
