Hey, Cynthia here. Um, I wanted to talk in today's short video, talk about something I was taught many, many years ago, and it was about a maximized mind. And the whole concept, while there was 5 elements of a maximized life, One was a maximized mind. And it's really about the importance of getting yourself organized and having space for clarity of thought. And I wanted to share with you a story. It's a lockdown story. And what I found happened, and if you live by your calendar as I had been, maybe this happened to you. But in the first week of the lockdown and of countries and places going quiet, my calendar became clear. And I was lost. I was frantic. How did I know what to do, when to do it? And I must say that I felt rather disoriented through the process. It took me a while to adapt, to accept that life as I knew it, as the schedule knew it, wasn't the same. It changed. But even that requires a level of acceptance to be able to accept that the world has changed and there's nothing that I can do about it except accept it. And when I started to do that, I started to make room for my own self-growth, my own self-care. And that was really one of the first obvious gifts that this downtime because of COVID and lockdown brought us, was to accept that gift. Thanks for watching. Con amor y abrazos. De Colombia. Bye.
