Hey everyone, Cynthia here. Well, unless you were not on social media yesterday, you couldn't help but notice that I had shared some news about the recognition given to me from the leading LGBT awards folks. So You know, if you're like me, you see somebody win an award, you go, so what does that mean for me? If I'm a client or potential client, what does it mean? I mean, this is the 4th time I've won the award, which is absolutely wonderful. I'm in amazing company to do it. But what does the award really mean? Not for me, but for you, someone who's considering working with me. I think for me, what I hope it means to you is the recognition that this is the fourth time in five years that I have been blessed to be recognized in that way. And I believe the recognition speaks to my work with Acceptance Without Understanding. And how I apply it to both women and the 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, but also how I help corporations as well to be their authentic selves and to create a place that their employees can thrive. But I think for you, it really should answer the question, is she consistent? Is she reliable. This is the 4th time in 5 years that I've dealt with it. The year that I didn't get it was a break year in my career and also transitioning more to the, the role that I have today. And it really speaks to that consistency because that's 5 years that I have been very consistent in working and messaging related to acceptance without understanding. While I don't post and blog every day, while I don't put some— the fact is I've done hundreds and hundreds of posts. I've written hundreds of thousands of words. I have shot dozens and dozens and dozens of videos just like this. And at the end of the day, I have been here for the past 5 years consistently talking about, sharing, reflecting, and learning what does acceptance without understanding mean. And if that's something that resonates with you, I would love an opportunity to talk to you to see if I'm the right person. Have a wonderful day.
