Hey, Cynthia here. Just wanted to make a quick post and talk to those folks who may fit within the LGBT+ community or within their, their family situations, and they're dealing with specific gender identity issues both in their life or within the corporate world. Obviously, I bring from my background my corporate experience of over 30 years, my experience in leading both LGBT+ as well as feminist organizations, and so understanding the issues that face that, from my own life as someone who went through a gender identity issue and ultimately a transition, certainly something that I implicitly understand. So I bring a wealth of insight and knowledge into those spaces, but know that each and every one of us has a unique journey. And that journey is uniquely yours. And therefore the challenges, the way that you see them, the way that you're dealing with them are uniquely yours. And certainly if you're needing someone to talk to, to help you along that path, or perhaps you've already begun the journey and you're struggling with family issues. While I am not a therapist or a trained psychologist or psychiatrist, I can certainly, from a coaching perspective, help you with a number of issues in that space. So if that's something that you feel aligns with where you're at, what you need, I would love an opportunity to talk to you about how I can work with you and help you as gender identity coach in that space. Thank you. Cheers.
