One of the reasons you can't stop using Tina is you haven't broken up with her. What I mean is, when you are in the Tina life, you create a romantic connection with her, a love affair. And just like any other toxic bitch that you need to break up with, you have to realize that, yeah, sex is good, but we are not good for each other, and I am not my best when I'm with her. So I'm going to go through the process. Now, when you go through a real breakup, let me ask you, do you leave the lines of communication open or do you go no contact? Do you continue to go to the same places they are, Grindr, or do you change your habits and routine? Do you keep going back to have sex with them over and over and over? The answer to all of these is no. You have to treat this As a breakup. And you have to mourn the breakup. You have to go through the 5 stages of grief. All of this is not easy and it's uncomfortable, but someone can help you. And that someone is me. That we do this in my coaching program. We go through the breakup process and we talk about the 5 stages of grieving and how we can break up with the romantic love affair we have with this drug. If you want to talk about this, and especially with a group of other men from around the world just like you, comment the word group and I'll send you the application to our next cohort. It starts in November.
