Hey, if you're trying to quit, Tina, here is a life hack. The overall life hack is your recovery is going to depend on the questions that you ask. The questions you ask are going to open up your mind to the possibilities, and you're going to be able to find your own answers. However, today's question is, am I acting from a place of delayed gratification or instant gratification? When you find yourself in a place of instant gratification, that is toward— that has headed you toward the meth route. Delayed gratification has headed you toward the recovery route. Listen, we find it so hard to sit with uncomfortable feelings. Loneliness. Then we get on our phone and we start scrolling. Rejection. We get on our phone and get a hookup. Horny. We get on our phone and get porn. Like, we cannot sit in any uncomfortable emotion for very long. We want instant gratification. That type of behavior is what, is what leads to meth use, and that's how you can tell when you're headed toward a relapse. So ask yourself all day, every day, am I acting from a place of instant gratification, or am I acting from a place of delayed gratification? And that's going to tell you which route you're headed. Hope that helps. If you have any other questions, let me know. Thanks, Dallas.
